Always narrow narcissistic thinking. Do you think the show was cancelled because of the non- attandance of that guy? Smh
The show was cancelled after the organizers met with Burna's management. Go read up the statement again, stop disgracing your self

Ok...yeah he shouldn't, but judging that he doesn't have balls, he gonna change his mind again. He doesn't care you say. I wish him the very besť of luck though, so to Angelique Kidjo and Trevor noah.
Change his mind?....Don't pity Burna, pity the other SA artiste who would've shared the same stage with him. They're at loss not Burna, they needed the stage and the money more. Burna's management just fixed a show for that date so he's damn busy with his career. I hope y'all move on too

Apart from Uyo(plaza, Oron road, Nwaniba, ewet, ikot Ekpene road), Ikot Ekpene, Abak, which other place is open?

Yes, I grew in a village in uyo( Oron road).

Tell your self the truth sir.
you're confusing the thunder ma'am..
Open as in?

By adding Abak to that list, I now conclude that you're been sentimal or haven't been to Eket or Ibeno, even Ikot Abasi.

Growing up in a small neighbourhood in uyo or wherever doesn't mean you know Akwa ibom

Burna isn't coming again let this rest. Why are y'all still complaining. Burna's management didn't even promote the show. Stop fuming, this does not remove even a naira from Burna's millions. He's a grammy nominee now and I'm sure he doesn't even care

Been following this site for years now....finally joined. Ok, so I am a South African. You nigerians are something else like really something else. What beats me here is over the years we been labeled as slaves in the hands of white South Africans - 99% of us are dying of HIV - we lazy - If it wasn't for whites S.A. WOULD be like Somalia or stone age something.

So if we are all this and there are plenty of you here then we can conclude that: every black person in S.A. including Nigerians are being slaved by whites cause I don't see you having good here - and so you rather leave your black dominated country to slave landhuh

So is HIV you risking that for what - after all you dating our girls here even prostitute them.

We lazy white people did all this - so you know from experience that black people are are just f-up they can't do nothing for themselves. Last I checked you got independence in the 60s and yet you not the most progressive black country.

What is this giant of africa thing?? or is it by population?? Cause clearly even if you number one in numbers on the ground is a mess.
Welcome! Thanks for adding a number to the members stats. We hope you become very active thereby bringing more traffic and adding more money to Seun's pocket, who in turn pays tax to the Nigerian government thereby growing the economy. Welcome once again and God bless you

This is not true unless you have evidence to support your claim. Where exactly did you find houses where pit toilets are used? And why should it be compared to Lagos which is Nigeria's most built-up environment and smallest state?
She's a bitter soul here to portray AKS in bad light, read all her comments on this topic, it's negative.

Lol..

I grew up there.

Yes, most houses don't have water.. you have to buy.

Most of the houses in Aks uses Pit toilets.

Can you compare the population with that of Lagos?
The lagos comparison again!
You grew up in a village in Akwa Ibom state. Not the whole state. And it's typical that in most Nigerian villages they use pit toilet including in Lagos state.

And about the population, I think it's quite cool that Akwa ibom isn't over populated. It keeps the state clean and checked

It's cheap because they don't have good toilets or water.
You can only have peace of mind if you live in the estates..

LMAO, who says Akwa ibom is cheap? Very expensive place to live.
Their houses are cheap because of no population.

Good items are on the high side abeg.
Good toilets or water also low population?

Yes we have seen how Bello's "performance" earned him second term.

Myopic and tribalistic people, what about Kogi state.

Yes Okezie Ikpeazu is a mess of a governor, but that does not warrant non entities like you to use it and insult the collective sensibility of Abia people.
Go and tell Yaya Bello that performance is the key.
You're allowing your emotions to betray you. I'm here talking about the people of SS/SE and you're fuming about Kogi. How many kogites have you seen protesting against Bello?
His people voted for him and they'll endure whatever he throws at them

It seems the SS is moving on, performance is now the key. If you don't perform then the people will vote for the better candidate regardless of the party. Despite being apologetic to the PDP, i think the people of Abia should move on from PDP. Abia state is probably the dirtiest state in this country, the pdp have been in authority of that state for over 16 years now with nothing to show for it

They are just trying make Nigeria see sense but they have what it takes to make Buhari receive sense ..

1 . Convince other Sensible ECOWAS states to force Nigeria out of the Free trade protocol or they all pull out .

2 . Threaten to pull Ghana out of ECOWAS is Buhari is not called to order .

3 . Get all other ECOWAS members to withdraw all the high commission service from Nigeria and request same from the Buhari govt .

4 . Give a travel advisory to citizens to avoid travel to Nigeria .

5 . Convince will ECOWAS countries to severe direct flights with Nigeria .

6 .Get ECOWAS countries except Niger to give 14 days deadline to Nigerian Banks to leave their countries ( have u ever seen any Ghanian Bank doing Business here)

7 . Unveil a timeline to Nationalise Glo Ghana

And see whether the economic Terrorist Buhari won't budge
Lol and you think any of this will affect Nigeria?

Brother stadium is not the problem bad marketing is the problem. Turn to Nigerian news and they are more concern about Chelsea and Manchester United than the ones in their door step, which is undermining our own league.
Look at our leagues all sort of magical tricks are happening making it less interesting to watch on it own.
now bad marketing is a problem no more the government. You can never market substandard goods. If we had stadiums like Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge then more Nigerians will troop into them to watch matches. I remember vividly the Akwa ibom stadium opening ceremony, people came from all over the country to watch Nigeria play, not really because of the match but because they wanted to see the facility. In my opinion South Africa have the best league in Africa not because the people are more passionate to football than Nigerians but because the have world class facilities.

Private individuals should create jobs. All Akwacross people should do a soul searching and go back to their land and create manufacturing jobs .Take back and share whatever knowledge, methods or wisdom you have acquired to the Akwacross people. Tell as many people as you can to embed the idea into their consciousness. .
I will be in Nigeria soon with a group of friends to survey prospects of starting manufacturing companies which will create jobs for thousands of people . And the market for most of the products is not even in Nigeria , I just want to the Akwcross to be better.
To the Akwa ibom people who live in developed nations what plans do you have to contribute to your fatherland? don't just sit there like a coward expecting the government to do everything . The Chinese are doing it . think about what you can contribute to make the Akwacross better. You can't just run away from your place.
Perfect! Private individuals should create jobs, the government provides an enabling environment and security including infrastructure. That's how it should be

It is a good idea when we have vast resources but dangerous when demand for oil is dying gradually.
Who told you demand for oil is dwindling?.. Is it the sun that will power the vast majority of airplanes going into circulation or the trains? And how many electric cars are in production and the power plants?.... My brother forget the brainwashing. Crude oil will still be needed and refined in years to come

Sport is all about competition who is the state competiting with? What is the reward?
You don't just build something without a clear vision both present and future. It is a white elephant. A big waste of resources.
and if you don't have the infrastructure were will competition come from?

Just take the Nigerian league for example, don't you think if we had better stadiums with good pitches it would make people want to go and watch the league, there by bringing in sponsors who in turn bring their investments which boasts the Economy?

So it is the state job to build sport centre or to loot our resources? Look i can't even be bothered to build a house in my village because of the present situation in Nigeria.

Why should I when I know that my children are not going to live there. We are not attracting investors and we are not people that investors would like to invest in don't let me lie to you. I speak to people the moment they know you are Nigeria the deal is off. Listen to me our name is worth nothing a cup of water or even cup of coffee is more attractive than us.
With the mentality you have, I'm sure there's nothing the government will do that will please you. You'd rather the country remain stagnant all because you feel the government officials will loot all the money

Waste of our resources this is not going to add to our development, it is going to put a strain to it. Look at Abuja stadium, Lagos. Why don't you use the money to build industrial estate where factories and industries can be put up to produce most of the products we import for goodness sake.
Olympic time comes now we go home with no medal.

Why do we think like monkeys in this country
is it the state government's job to build an industrial estate?

PoliticsRe: How Government Loses Billions To Fraudulent Clearing Agents - The Guardian by Edygrin(m): 12:48pm On Nov 18, 2019

There is online system in place for duty payment already . The era of 40 :60 , 60: 40 which brought in corruption on a large scale.has been defeated and a new system is in place whereby once you make your payment it reflect in NCS Custom payment portal instantly

Unfortunately , the sharp practices benefits the custom officers too because they have what is called alert block , inspection act, valuation alert , CPC alert , PCA alert . All these alert are put in place to check mate a fraudulent act by any agent ,but by the time agent grease their palms with cash they remove those alert and it becomes a problem by the time a vehicle is driven out since the car is cleared out of the port.

So , both the agent and customs are always in good marriage of convenience.

Surprisingly , importers of vehicles does not always want to pay the exact duty that is valued .
They will price it to the last kobo . hence agent try to behave funny to short change , but the importer should be carried along

The customs also explore the loop holes and connived with the clearing agent

Lastly , when an importer pays full duty , the customs also find fault with it that is not the actual duty paid.
Have once paid a duty of N86,000,000.00 . they still argued is not enough.

Practically , all hand must be on deck to tackle the sharp practices
So what did i write diffrent?
