Yes, I think 2m should do or a bit more up to plastering and flooring level, without fence, interlocking, tiles, Pop, water, and electricity. .. My 3 bedroom flat Pop was done for 600k Tiles....780k Interlocking ......920k. .although all this things are measure by square meters, it depends on how big your house is Electrical aspect, Wiring alone costed 180k(150k+30k workmanship) Lighting accessories. .(Led bulbs)......192k+ 60k workmanship =252k for electricity ..Remember the plumbing work, toilet accessories too(WC and all)..
