Hmmm....my summary..there are 2 types of people for naija, those who never travelled/visited another country and solely believe that naija is the best place (based on thier fact) to live yet, they live below normal standard of living, and we have those who have have witnessed these two, yet the belive naija is a zoo, people are building houses in naija, abeg how many naija base get those building, its eida my bros for yankee day build am, or something something abroad must day the back of such statment (please dont mind my english)..more opportunity in canada...
Show me a millionaire/billionaire in naija that does his bizness locally with exchange rate...i hear say dangote day go saudi every friday for jumat...my country people, no be naira he day spend o....bottom line, money makes the world go round, so stay at where u will maximize ur income inflow + good standard of living.

Nobody is calling anybody mad for living in naija. People are too busy to care where one lives. What people are calling mad is not acknowledging the deterioration of the country. How can you fix a problem if you don't admit or acknowledge you have one ? I suspect you're young and don't have the life experience to grasp what you just wrote. Well all define success differently. Like a typical Nigerian, success is not only measured with money. I value peace, security, opportunity, stability, etc more than money. Nobody "spoons" us here. We simply get a lot benefits back due to the taxes we pay and the country's prosperity as a whole. You see stealing is actually illegal here and the government is mandated to spend tax dollars on its citizens to enhance their quality of life. I know that's a foreign concept to you. Lastly, everyone knows Nigeria is for thieves while Yankee is for HARD WORKERS who want their success based on merits not political connections.
I still laugh smiley

Wow wow wow I can't believe I read from page 1 to this page

I just believe you guys calling Nigeria bad names are just pained that some people will like what you rejected and also you guys don't want to hear that people are successful in the country you couldn't

I like it here I don't need to be spoon fed. like my boss will joke about "Nigeria is for MEN while Yankee is for BABIES"
You want life easy leave please you want to slug it out in Nigeria and make it here please stay

You all talking about light water good road plsssss........ I can't remember the last time I stayed in anyplace without light even the middle class have solar we get sun here abeg
How will my tap not have water never..... then good roads abeg this is funny but Una dey sleep for road

A guy with 400k per month and has his own house should relocate that means 150million Nigerians should relocate because this guy is richer than 150millon people in Nigeria. Please this guy can save more than 250k in a month that's 3million in one year.....

Please you guys should stop saying you left Nigeria because of comfort abeg you all started saying this because when you got there you found out the truth then you started using basic amenities to cover face

Don't think we are supporting Nigeria because we don't have the opportunity to get out as a matter of fact my parents are Yankee citizens but they are in nija my sisters filed for them I have all the means and connection to move but that's not me I will never be happy

Like I always say I am happy here in Nigeria and I will raise my kids here when I get married please if you are not please move because no one deserve to suffer the earth belongs to all of us

Lol...funny but true!...the very people that would be shouting at and slapping anyone below their status at home....see them at the airport jumping to instructions from the ehmmm....low life Immigration officers! "Sir get back behind that line and wait until you are called"...such ehmmm.... humiliation and that's only the introduction. True... they really can't live abroad!
Lol this is very true and it gets to me when I see people like this
But this is not enough reason in fact there can't be any reason for people abroad calling Nigeria shit hole, hell etc

Nigeria is difficult to live in if you don't have money so does other countries in the world

I still repeat if you no Nigeria is hard for you please leave no one deserve to suffer the earth belongs to us

But please don't start saying evil about Nigeria because you are out there are people having it well in this same Nigeria

I love Nigeria I did not leave when I had nothing and so I can't leave now I'm doing Aiit grin

You see, based on your comments, I believe your mind set is, bejng successful and living a good life equals amassing a lot of money, or being a millionaire.

Sorry to say, but that is not correct
being successful is measured in more ways than one.

Living a structured life to some is the definition of success

Having plenty money to oppress others to some is the definition of success

Having the good things of life at little cost to others is the definition of success

Amongst others

So for Nigerians who have "oppressive tendencies" will NEVER love to live abroad, that I know for sure. The type of people who like to get away with things because they think they have status....

We know their type, and they are here in this thread

in summary sha, Nigeria is not HELL, things are just more difficult here, that's all
Well there are million of us in this country without oppressive tendency and will still not want to move out of this country

Bros leave long story if you don't have money anywhere that place will irritate you

We make money so we can get all the basic amenities we need and you know the good part they become ours that we can even pass down to our generation to come
We don't make money to oppress our people pls

You nija Yankees are the people that work and save then come to Nigeria to oppress us when you change the dollars Abi I lie grin
And you can't get good things of life at little cost bro

The honest truth about America is that 64% of Americans can't even come up with $400 in an emergency. I am talking about first class citizens. Even an annual salary of $100,000 these days is nothing in America. I always laugh when most Nigerians living in America boast that they earn more than a banker in Nigeria doing menial jobs. But the banker here is already in his second building while most of them will still be paying rent for at least 15yrs before they will even be able to raise money for a 20% down payment on a condo house. Poverty is defined by where you live and not by converting currencies. If there is any place Nigerians are finding it tough it is in the US.
I like this part poverty is defined by where you live and not by converting currencies

People need to understand this

You are a minimum wage earner in usa you won't be different from a minimum wage man in Nigeria.......well Yankee get credit facilities for Una

I hate seeing comments like yours. The fact that u had it easy doesn't mean everyone has it easy.Nigerians are the most hardworking set of people I know. Most of our youths you call lazy are known to have two or more jobs when they get to the u.s,most of them get their masters and PhD while their American counterparts are mostly high school graduates.
Do u know how many hardworking graduates are unemployed in Nigeria. Una go just they type nonsense.
See I dint have it easy in fact I suffered after school I even had the option on getting out because I have siblings over there that were inviting me.
But I have this thing for "what is mine is mine" you don't want to know what I did after school but today 10years after school I can beat my chest
The opportunity I had then was given to my cousin then 10yrs now he is doing alright in Yankee no doubt but he still trips how I did it in Nigeria I have made life very comfortable for myself Legally and no connection
I don't have problem with you guys going but please don't come on social media and show others beauty of other countries and telling them to come over making us loose valuable youths because they want to make dollars

But nigerians are always carried away by what they told abt the happenings over there in the USA and this are part of the reasons why everybods want to travel abroad. #i love naija #based on logistics.
We have too many lazy youths in Nigeria that's why
I just can't imagine that life in another man's country
Naija sweet all this money people dey hammer LEGALLY without any connection just hard work and brain nko
You want constant water sink a borehole
You want light by inverter solar generator
Work hard and you will live a sweet life here

If orphans don't get a negligible percentage of the Billions the church rakes in, I wonder what they will use to disguise their true intentions. Do you know how rich the catholic church is for example? What percentage is going to orphans? Or should we talk about redeem and winners? Oyedepo has how many private jets again? 4? Lol
You just don't get the psychology of how these organisations work.
