Though there is nothing wrong with the husband babby sitting or backing the baby. it could be for alot of reasonable reasons e.g. wife is not feeling too well, baby prefers daddy or the result of a mis-understanding and the daddy is not willing to let his baby go.

some are simply proud, others lack good manners, others are only God knows what. . . cnt tell.

I won't say am "very" nice to my subordinates, but i surely won't put any in trouble in case u refuse to do what u're suppose to do or didn't finish at the expected time.  My boss is always looking up to me so it's my duty to help out or find a way of finishing a given task on time.

I don't easily make friends thou and i aint the zig-zag faced type either. . . .  little quick smile and we're back to business.  I hate to make people feel uneasy in my presence so i make sure u're at ease and also open to me.

Early in the mornings; good morning, how u doing? and that's all.  I sometimes eavesdrop their conversation and i must say av never heard anything bad said about me.

Am not too strict n neither am i too open(like best friends) to them. . . we're simply normal. Av neva had a female boss.
