You said "sure-p is funded by the subsidy increment money". No sir. It is the other way round. The SURE P is being funded by funds that would otherwise have been used to pay fuel marketers for imported fuel. Interestingly, when SURE-P was being promoted last year, you haters and nay sayers said it is scam, it wont work, bla, bla. But now, one year down the line, the haters have been put to shame as usual.
