from A TO Z
it has two parts north and south
southcyprus is eu country
and schengen
while north is a Turkish territory
recognized only by turkey
they spend euro in the south
they spend Turkish lira in the north
piece of advice
if u have someone to sponsor u til u finish ur studies
then go to north Cyprus
but if u don't then u can look at somewhere else

choose north Cyprus
because its easier to get an admission there
now am not saying is a good place
cos there economy solely depends on turkey
since south Cyprus have made things a little bit hard
but then getting an admission into south Cyprus schools is so easy
but for north Cyprus
its is very easy

my Last Water bill was 10euros
for 3months
this is not to counter

but cost of living here is cheap
and in some european countries
water is relatively cheap
and if water is very expensive in Germany
maybe in the east of geramany
