- Shekau 1 (the conservative) is dead and decomposed.
- Shekau 2 (the yoppy) is dead and now carcass.

And if Shekau 3-100 present themselves, we will put a bullet in between their eyes.

God Bless One Nigeria!

Nigeria do not punish evil.
1. Some stood in broad daylight and lied to the world on behave of Nigeria.
2. Our government on hearing all the lies, pretends not to know because it provides an excuses for the embarrassing failed arms smuggling deal.
3. Soon someone from the Presidency will issue some imaginary denial, while FFK will get famous on it by writing some lengthy article to frustrate and confuse us the more.

IbokUtoroh: what kinda peace if i may ask?
cant remember nigeria being at war with any country except the little tussle we havng wif cameroun over bakassi n the land at ogoja.
oh also maybe u r talkn of jona cancelling the anti-gay law, hmm am beginning to c this as the main issue the western world are refusing and fueling the crisis in nigeria.
we SHALL OVERCOME, ONE DAY!
Don't get it twisted. US in Nigeria's ally, and has been for decades. A simple discussion on what the issues are will get us a diplomatic solution. US has removed governments for lesser reasons. While a jail term for corruption may not be far from our oga, I personally will not like his picture on that wall.

nice post sha, egift is biased, he shud ve read in d article whr its been said that US even block the deal we had with russia due to the dis ukraine crisis.
My guy you are the one not catch up here.

US has been leading sanctions against Russia - pressurizing all their allies and friends, even their enemies to deal with Russia for a dispute ralating to arms and conflict.

Now our guy wearing fedora, is having speech difficulties explaining the reason why top military officers and politicians loyal to him, are becoming Billions at the expense of war against terror. What he did was to start smuggling and illegal arms dealing.

The worst is that immediately South African deal went bad, the government instead of looking for other options available to its illegal business, Jonathan and his supporters start beating up their rusty chest that they are heading to Russia. Now let the say it again.

Someone should tell Jonathan to retrace his steps back and make peace with our allies - he will get all the fireworks he need. Confronting the US will need more skill than the one they use in looting our budget.

Collynzo22: I have seen observed some possibly intentional gaffes in recent times that have contributed in no small way in making the present government look clueless and confused in some quarters - strangely by people who are heavily paid to do the complete opposite.
1. General Olukolade announced in April that the Chibok girls have been rescued by the military only to retract the statement after it was proven to be outrightly false.
2. Reuben Abati tweeted a picture of soldiers supposedly in Sambisa forest trying to rescue the Chibok girls, the picture had been in circulation long before the girls were kidnapped. He put up some very weak defences after being called out to that effect.
3. Doyin Okupe repeatedly tweeted a bringbackourgoodluck2015 hashtag, a frankly ill-conceived idea.
4. Reuben Abati tweeted a picture of President Jonathan being welcomed in Chad by Modu Sheriff just few days after he was accused of being a boko haram sponsor. I am sure he could have found a picture that Sheriff did not feature in or at least crop him out before releasing into public domain. Even a toddler would have know that such a picture would be used against the president.
5. Just today, General Olukolade retracted a statement confirming the release of the Chibok girls, a few minutes after confirming their release to local and international media houses.
Add the following: "I don't give a dam" and "Stealing is not corruption". grin grin grin

M4gunners: I don't see why you fine it difficult to understand this! The US has blocked any attempt made by nigeria government to purchase arms publicly. So is it bad if GEJ decides to go through backyard?US is only mad at us because we refuse to sign in to law HOMO.Let the US stop pretending that Nigerian army abuse human right because they themselves are not innocent of human right abuse.
There are things you are missing here my brother:
1. Have you bothered to know why, the transactions are being discouraged?
2. Are such reasons justifiable?
3. Has Nigeria become a rogue nation under Jonathan that we should be buying weapons in the night at the backyard?
4. Why is Jonathan not interested in rectifying the issues involved rather than try to bypass them?
5. What about the money smuggling angles and transacting with criminals in the black market? (We have sank this low!)
6. Jonathan famously said "America Will Know", now the US are telling him they know of all the corruption, why is he not accepting it?

I beg Mr. President to take a step back and rectify issues with our allies. He should not drag Nigeria to a fight we cannot win, especially not when it involves him supporting illegal arms deals with rogue individuals.

Corruption is already enough to send Jonathan to jail. He should not add illegal arms deals.

Yet all Jega want is to register new parties for some disgruntled politicians.

After insulting him then you planted a deception.

chinazaekperem2: you never disappoint me with your comments, so if nigeria wants to purchase a US made helicopter owned by Israel, nigeria needs to meet US not israel abi.

Politics › INEC Want To Register More Political Party by egift(op):
I just heard on radio that INEC wants to register new political party. What type of plot is this. For me we should be reducing parties nobody is even hearing of.

UPDATE:

INEC May Register More Parties 2015 Elections – Jega
Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, has assured that many political groups or associations seeking to be registered as political parties may be so registered before the general election in 2015 in the country.

Speaking at a public hearing of the House of Representatives Committee on INEC on Tuesday, Jega stated that it is the responsibility of INEC to register political parties.

He also said that INEC has no powers to declare the seat of any political office holder vacant, if there is no established case of crisis in his or her party upon defection to another party.

The INEC boss noted that there are presently 26 political parties in the county and submitted that more political associations can be registered into parties before the 2015 general elections, if the constitutional requirements are met by these political groups.

Jega further said that no political party has been engulfed in any form of crisis that has necessitated the defection of its members or indeed any elected public official to another political party.

He pointed out that it has not been confirmed that there is crisis in any party, saying that “there is absolutely no crisis in any political party in the country.”

According to him, if there is anything to be done to by the commission in order to declare the office of any elected public official vacant, it can only be done when there is a clearer definition of what is crisis by a competent court of law in the country.

While fielding questions from some. of the lawmakers on the rationale for the deployment of the military and other security personnel during the recently held gubernatorial elections in Ekiti and Osun states, Jega said that it requires an average of three policemen to provide security of a polling unit during an election.

Jega, who said the commission would adopt what he called Election Risk Management Tools (ERMT) during the general elections in 2015, explained INEC’s deployment of the military in the previous elections as a decision based on security assessment reports by the security agencies.

The INEC chief further explained that the military does outside cordon duties during elections and added that all the military men thus far deployed to oversee the conduct of gubernatorial election in Ekiti and Osun states were taken from the brigades covering those states.

Speaking against the backdrop of disenfranchisement of some voters and the preparedness of INEC to conduct a hitch free election in 2015, he said “in line with international best practices, security officials on election duties will be enfranchised to vote.”

The proposed amendments were contained sections 8(1), 11,13,18,27,28,29,31,33,45,47,63, 65,74,77,86,87,90,94,99,100, 117(A), 123, 138,143 and deletion of paragraph 51(1) and (2) of the Electoral Act 2010.

The INEC boss who supported the proposed amendments to the principal Act was in agreement with some political party chieftains and other relevant stakeholders.

Earlier in his remarks, chairman of the committee Hon. Jerry Manwe, said that the committee will be impartial in their report on the proposed amendments to the Electoral Act 2010.

The public hearing is titled: A Bill for an Act to Amend the Electoral Act No 6,2010 And For Other Matters Connected Therewith 2014.

If he want a US made Helicopter, go to the manufacturers and not a backyard deal with a third party. Also the government should come clean with their transactions to give confidence to other partners, not using a jet of a pastor to move cash.

The best way to solve a problem is to remove and replace the faulty components.

Nigeria has the problem of bad leadership and corruption that has its roots in PDP - Just remove the PDP, and Nigeria will start the process of recuperation.

abdulwastecx: corruption is a problem but our major problem is we make too small money for our massive population.

a country like Nigeria requires a sustainable investment of more than 20billion a year in power alone. where is that money going to come from?
@Bold:
The problem is NOT that we make small money, but that it is stolen. Why we remain the way we are is that what we have has been stolen.

For those who may still be patriotic and afraid, hear Jonathan give them assurance - "Stealing Is Not Corruption" - It sounds like fiction right?
