Politics › Re: I Can Swear In Oba Shrine PDP Did Not Offer Us Money —Edo Dep Speaker - by egift(m): 2:56pm On Sep 03, 2014
gboss4sure: The solution is simple, Tell Oshimole to go and swear with him and we will know the truth of who offered each other money. APC is known for buying supporters and members with money and political position promises which is why they have no future in Nigeria because when they can't meet the promises they have made to the people they lured onto their party, you know what follows next
@Bold: When did the Federal Republic of Nigeria start operating a Shrine? grin grin grin

1. So when will the President start Investigations and Arrests?
2. Why is there a cloud of Winter and snow in Aso Rock in light of these allegations?
3. And why is it that for years since these allegations like that of Ali Modu Sherriff, Jonathan is just forming Deaf and Dumb?

President Jonathan, the blood being shared in Nigeria under your watch, there is God oooh!
Politics › Re: I Can Swear In Oba Shrine PDP Did Not Offer Us Money —Edo Dep Speaker - by egift(m): 12:40pm On Sep 03, 2014
Nobody expected him to announce the money and incentives PDP gave them. Even those caught red-handed are still denying it till today.
Politics › Re: Boko Haram Sponsorship: We’ve Been Vindicated – APC by egift(m):
Sincere9gerian: The Australian investigator was not "hired" by Jonathan. Rather he offered to help release the Chibok girls. The president simply accepted the offer and gave him all the support he needed to succeed but he failed.
You have open threads for slight flash of your imagination (like that criminal who vandalized pipelines were sent by Buhari and Tinubu). But here you are suppressing Mr. Davis allegations he said with his mouth just because it implicates your paymaster.

This is very shameful of you because we all know how you will tear off the roof if Buhari was the one accused.
Politics › Re: I Want To Join Politics After Making Enough Money, Give Me Guidelines by egift(m):
Option A
1. The problem we have now is Money, Money, Money. Put away the money part (use it to sustain yourself and be contended with what you have).
2. We need leaders who understands the situation of the people and have very simple and practical solution to these needs. If you do not have the solutions, spend time articulating them.
3. Spend some time getting involved in groups, political party and associations where you can grow your leadership skills. But if you have some existing leadership background and you are ready for elective or appoints, move on to consultations and reaching out to people who can recommend or give you the opportunity or offer you some tasks to evaluate what you are capable of.
(This is Nigeria, so be patient and don't forget your goal)

OR

Option B
1. Forget everything in option A.
2. Choose a Party you want. Insult their opponents. Keep shouting (like El-Rufia, Dokubo, FFK, etc). Sing the praises of the Oga at the Top. Beat up those not supporting your Oga. Make outrageous donations to the most viable candidates. Even things you accomplish with your sweat, tell everyone it is the transformational madness of your Oga. Continue that way. If any money is given any money to share, keep it to yourself and beat up anyone with useless questions.
3. At this rate, you will make money, but you will just be part of the problems facing our beloved Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Is Buhari Not Guilty Of What Tinibu Accused Ikimi Of? by egift(m): 8:56pm On Sep 02, 2014
@Bold: Buhari was not laundering Abacha's image here and there like Ikimi. After Abacha increased pump-price for fuel, PTDF was formed and entrusted on Buhari (a man of proven integrity), to execute project for the masses. He did it so well that it was at some point regarded as Alternate-Government because they did a lot.

In fact despite the large volume of money in circulation under PDP, they have not been able to reproduce what Buhari did in PTDF - for your info, SURE-P is an imitation of what Buhari was did and still it is not even close.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Replies Tom Ikimi by egift(m): 7:23pm On Sep 02, 2014
Elose11: If ikimi who was a pdp man for a few years can be termed a pdp apologist and therfore not to be trusted, what about Kwakwanso, Amaechi, Saraki, etc. These are people that had been in pdp since 1999. Ikimi came to pdp 2002 and left in 2006 to form the AC with Tinubu. If after been with Tinubu for more 8 yrs, he is still seen as a pdp man, and therefore not to be trusted, then I pity his new political associates.
You are missing the point. Those you mentioned are nobody's stooge, the same cannot be said of Ikimi now or in the past. You guys are just angry that PDP implants like Ikimi and FFK were not able to grab important portfolios in APC.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Replies Tom Ikimi by egift(m): 7:18pm On Sep 02, 2014
samfuntua: .....Tom Ikimi not only connived with the then military regime to annul the elections, terminate the democratic process and sell off his party. He became Abacha’s foreign minister, convincing the world that heinous state murders like the hanging of Ken Saro Wiwa were just acts!......

Buhari was in Abacha government also and in Tinubu assertion, Buhari has convinced the world that heinous state murders like the hanging of Ken Saro Wiwa were just acts

DeCleff: Hmmm maybe GEJ will start arresting them after 2015 general elections or never. All the sponsors of boko haram are highly placed politicians, so investigating them could crash the govt
Everyone is asking him to arrest, investigate and prosecute. Buhari ones ask him to do the same and seek the maximum punishment the law can offer irrespective of their ethnic group, religion or other affiliation.

But till date nothing is happening he is wining and dining with known criminals.

@Bold: Why after elections?

Classic move of the Men of the Coven. Once you lose the discussion, try the best you can to insult egift, insinuate he is a militant, make very outrageous allegations, call him a Yoruba, Hausa and if does not stick tell everyone he is a Lebanese, Zimbabwean or a Chinese and Russian.

richeso: Ok.. very Nice.. I like this.... Ok. tell me the bad ones..abi no bad one?
Buhari Instituted decree 2 and Decree 4 that was aimed at gaging the Press and Banned street protests. This is his only low but he was honest in his actions. And the good news is that under democratic dispensation, there are institutions of government in place that will checkmate and over zealousness.

THE PRESS UNDER PRESIDENT JONATHAN
The Government Signed the Freedom of Information Bill into Law, which is good. But Cases of Military harassing Pressmen and journalists on daily basis, that the Committee to Protect Journalists on August 22, 2014, warned of dire consequences should the infringement persist. (One begins to wonder the sincerity in the FOI law).

DeCleff: Bros in real life do u expect boko haram to name their sponsors so that they'll be arrested by the govt and the funds stop flowing?

Mr Davis never mentioned Senator Ndume as boko haram sponsor. He only mentioned Gen. Ihejirika and Sen. Sherrif.

Senator Ndume have been confirmed since last year or so of having contacts with the sect and yet has been done about him
I don't understand what you are arguing for. The question is why is Jonathan not arresting, investigating and prosecuting the Sponsors of Boko Haram? (The police and other security agencies are under his command).
Politics › Re: Is PDP The Problem Of The North And Yorubas Or Jonathan by egift(m): 1:49pm On Sep 02, 2014
kipesco: Will APC makes Nigeria look like US if voted into power?
APC do not compare Nigeria to USA. All that Nigerians want include:
- Stop the ongoing massive corruption
- Unite Nigerians
- Secure our citizens, properties and businesses in Nigeria
- Build infrastructures and amenities across the Federation
- Provide the empowerment opportunities, jobs and resources.
- Provide a level playing platform for Nigerians to grow with "Man-Know-Man" mentality currently in place.
- Punishment to those who do not want to stop perpetrating evil and destruction of Nigerians.

Nigeria is a great great nation. A change in leadership will help this giant to stop crawling on his stomach.

Bring them in for questioning and prosecute anyone found wanting.

In the case of our security agencies arresting n questioning them, i doubt if anything can come out of it.

What have done about Senator Ndume whom they confirmed his link with the sect?
@Bold 1: How did you know the names are false?

@Bold 2: You dismiss again any effort to find out the truth, yet you said you are not suppressing the allegations.

@Bold 3: Why Jonathan has not arrested Senator Ndume and other folks Mr Davis mentioned is the question on every Nigerians lips.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Replies Tom Ikimi by egift(m):

I will not be surprise if PDP select either Marwa or Ribadu as candidate and APC file a less relevant candidate. When PDP win, the Governor will return to APC or support APC Presidential candidate. Marwa is one of the founding members of APC. Ribadu is well grounded APC members (even as of July, Ribadu was still working very hard to setup most of APC offices and structures in Adamawa).

Have you also noticed nobody in APC (even the Adamawa chapter) that has spoken in opposition to any of them?
