I have a very fundamental question on your defense for him: Which his 2 different positions below is true and which is false?

1. Since he has been on NL until recently, he has vigorously stated that Jonathan and PDP has failed Nigerians by all indices base on the things they have done in the past 6yrs and the last 16yrs.

OR

2. The recent criticisms based on the assumptions that Buhari who is yet to be sworn in, will fail in the future.

Despite having so much funds, Buhari and his Team still used ICT far more extensively than the PDP during the Campaigns.

If that is anything to go by, I see Nigeria under Buhari utilizing and deploying more ICT in governance, encouraging ICT professions, creating Jobs and opportunities in ICT fields, more e-governance infrastructures, integrating and networking public facilities using ICT, and many more.
