seunmsg: Rejecting the new law in the media won't have any effect. The new CAMA is now a law that must be complied with by all afeected parties. If CAN feels that the law violates the fundamental and constitutional right of its members, they should go ahead and challenge the legality of the law in a court of competent jurisdiction. Anything other than that is just empty noise. Please shut up and stop supporting tyranny, how do you see a government that want to remove trustees of an institution that is not political? If the youths of your village come together and form an association , should government have the right remove the leaders of such association ? I personally don't like the way church finances are handled in Nigeria, but this is the most wrong way to deal with church excesses. |

They should employ some of them as workers in Buhari's farm, while some should serve as gatemen at Buhari's house at Daura.
That snake farm wey Buratai get near Abuja should employ some too, and what about Shehu Garba? Repentant Boko Haram members should serve as his gatemen.
Femi Adesina should not be left out ooh, He needs some to serve as his gatemen too.
That leaves us with the 'Our Darling Daddy' crew headed by the legendary Dead Meat seller , he should employ some repentant Boko boys help in his vulture grilling biz , even helinues and seunng should not be left out , they need repentant Boko boys to help them one way or the other. |

alfredilly: Innoson isn't manufacturing car. It's only partnering foreign manufacturer to import part for assemblage. Nigeria can't get into car manufacturing if it submit to this approach. Car manufacturing is a real work of engineering that start with design, material science, precision tooling and building of component part. It can't be actualized without building a strong and creative education sector with investment into research. Hater and fault finder spotted , tell what do your village produce? |

Queenlovely: the CEO is an igbo man my company did business with in 2009 in bori camp Rivers State.
one mr. Emeka Okwuosa when he was into real estate, he donated books to my mom's school to win my mother over to his side, a very good business man, today he plays with even bigger boys.
in this life your network is your most powerful asset, Even if you don't have money. friendship is very important, go out and make friends socialize, mingle, you are only 6 people away from the president.
some stupid people just avoid making friends claiming that friendship is bad, it's a lie, it's a double edged sword, depending on how you wield it,
that is why the rich send their kids to the best school, it's for connecting. they are not fools.
back in 2005 I wanted to meet Mel Gibson and Ted cruise, all I did was ask my friends and got their digits.
Emeka Okwuosa was a guy who I grew up with, my friend, from church in bori God bless you , let me add another practical example , I was in Maiduguri for 9 years , that was before the time of Boko boys . I used to travel down east to buy motorcycle spare parts from our town Nnewi ,I used to buy from the shop of this man Innoson , yes the same Innocent Chukwuma. Do you rem how those hawkers at flyovers in Lagos and Upper Iweka used to pursue and call customers ? That was how this man used to call customers , once u left the shop beside his own , he would rush u , that is this man Innocent Chukwuma. When u enter his shop , there is no way you would know who is the boss, cos he would be hustling just like the boys serving him, the only thing that would make u know this was a rich was that GTB bullion van occasionally come there to pack money , yes he hardly took his sales to the bank, they used to come with their bullion van and pack the money themselves. In fact, there was a rumour that Gtb bank branch at Nkwo Nnewi market would go to Innoson shop whenever they run shot of cash. As I think about what u just said regarding making friends, I cant help but to wonder what would have happened if I had made friendship with him then, that's life for you. Anytime I read about the progress of Innoson , I cant help but appreciate the capacity of human being to rise above above his environment and create the kind of life he wants for himself, this is what Innoson has done and still do. |

Seunpaul01: How is that commendable. When will these people learn to do something of international standard. They said shoe factory but all I see are sandals. Build a shoe factory that can be compared with international standards. And produce something worth of international exports. What do your village produce? I hate sounding as a tribalist, but sometimes you cant help but put people like you where they belong ,I also have noticed that anytime something of note worthiness is shown about Igbos , a certain section of this country are always the ones to downplay it , this is not good. |

Rossikki: What goods?
99% of you would be deported to the East. We are talking of the remaining 1% and they can't compete with China. I noticed in your stupidity that you are not good with history, check most of the countries that separated from each other , they later continued doing business even while they had political tensions. The USA fought for their independence against the British and today they are like brothers and sisters, South Sudan fought for many years to be separated from Sudan , recently Sudan have promised to send troops to help stop the recent killings in South Sudan , I could go on and on. What you have felt to understand is that should Biafra separate from Nigeria, you think they would be perpetual enemies of Nigeria, no it doesn't work that way. The businesses between the two countries would still continue, people would still visit both countries for business. Do you know that since the partition, that India and Pakistan have fought three major wars , one minor war and several armed skirmishes ?Yet these two countries still do business, yes I know about this as I live in India. |
Business › Re: How Anambra Shoe Manufacturing Market Is Fast Growing (Photos) by egoldman(m): 7:41am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Rossikki: All the more reason why the Biafra idea is STUPID.
Who will be the primary market of this expansion in Anambra State?
NIGERIANS.
Africa's biggest market, and the world's 6th largest consumer market.
Secessionists imagine that they will be able to sell these wares to the world, and don't need the Nigerian market. But they are seriously deluded. Countries are putting up protectionist barriers to build their own local industries. Others like China, have comparative advantage in manufacturing, and will leverage that to start price wars if need be, lowering them to stave off any competition.
Many buying countries would simply prefer the familiarity of Italian or even China made products, and would shun new, unproven stuff from some little African country.
Bottom line: For these Eastern industries to thrive, and take off to the next level, THEY NEED THE NIGERIAN MARKET.
Secession kills that immediately.
Nigeria is projected to become the world's THIRD most populous nation after China and India by 2050.
That is MARKET on a world class scale which Igbo manufacturers can have FIRST ACCESS TO BEFORE ALL-COMERS, if they play their cards right, and remain in the federation.
That FIRST ACCESS to the Nigerian market is already happening slowly, as groups like INNOSON and others get government supply contracts. INNOSON even supplies the Nigerian Airforce with equipment now.
As we approach 2050, the Igbos could become the richest ethnicity in all Africa, and among the richest on earth, if they remain...Nigerians.
A word is enough for the wise. See pains and jealousy, may I ask you what exactly is your fixation on Igbo matters? If they get Biafra and cannot sell their products, wetin be your own? Why are you taking Panadol for another man's headache? Is this your 'advice' a sign of your 'love' for the Igbos? Akuko. All the garbage you have written up there point to one thing; You are scared of the Igbos leaving, yes that's the truth. |
