You insulted my sensibilities first when you insinuated that I do not use a Nokia phone, and I was certainly lying about the phone not having an inbuilt file manager, voice recorder, oh, and I forgot to add that it does not have a MUSIC player as well!

What I have here is google music that is waiting for me to pay before i can hear music on my phone.

my own only have Google music player, no voice recorder and the inbuilt file manager there is rubbish and I had to download ES file explorer as file manager and my phone can't record calls too

i will still be on d point dat its hw u use ur phone dat will determine its output,abt d battery issue,av u put off ur background apps? if u haven't done ds,go to settings nd den battery management,put off d apps dat u dnt want to work in d background,ds will help alot,nd concerning d memory issue, delete apps u dnt use often nd also files,nd make sure u always clean up ur cache..

lol.. I have lodged my complaints before and I've taken the phone to slot where I bought it I showed them too to see, we checked my background apps, screen resolution and everything to check still it's the same problem so it's not because of how I use my phone. I don't have much apps on my phone other WhatsApp, fb, messenger, opera mini, true caller and the apps that came with the phone and I don't use my phone to watch films other than calling and browsing and I won't browse more than an hour or 2 at a stretch all these is not enough to make it bad as it is.. the phone is even less than 4 months old
so it's not background apps or whatever you think it is and I don't know what is causing it

because Nokia is the first phone I would use abi I don't know how to manage my own battery

Say what? So it's about what? It is an entry level phone with sd212. This phone is just good for calling , messaging and some extremely light browsing and never as a daily driver.

does that mean the battery should not be good and cannot last a day even though they said it's 4100 mAh and also be hot enough to boil water and I don't know what's filling up the internal memory

My battery does not last like a 4100 mAh battery, it gets hot too much, the internal memory is almost full and there's nothing much on it because I saved almost everything on my memory card
