well some people do flush in WTC while other burry it n it should be done by d hubby on our site or if uve built ur own home n he shouldn't tell u d exact spot. My hubby buried my first n second on our then new sight he said he digged very deep so that all those site rat won't dig it out later. And he was very vigilant so that nobody will see him . cos people do use it for evil purpose. Hope this helps!

most fruits have high level of sugar. Watermelon and cucumber is good. Watermelon in moderation. Eat more vegetables than fruits. Either vegetables for soup or for salad.

120 is on the highest side of normal. You need to buy the test equipment so you can monitor yourself at home. Then put yourself on a strict low carb diet. Hopefully, your body responds to the diet. Otherwise, you will need to be on insulin.

PS : Flee from rice, except ofada, bread, pasta, soft drinks, orange, pine apple, banana... Use oats for swallow and eat more soup.

OK. How about apples, berry, watermelon, banana, pawpaw. They re safe right?

Though some of these can be normal pregnancy symptoms,they are also symptoms of diabetes.What is your gestational age now?

yeah @cherry my ms was n is a very tough one, weakness, headache, loss of appetite, vomit, dizziness, n all but there wasn't excessive urination or thirst.... I couldn't even take water I take chivita or chi exotic daily. When doc asked n I told her she said all is well that by the time I start eating well all will be normal that it happens. But I should stay away from sugary drinks. But now I also notice that I urinate much Dh said maybe it because I take too much water. I take two big Eva water daily. Lolz I'm serious o. I kukuma gbakamu n made water my friend instead of my regular chi! or hollandia yoghurt. Well that's what she said sha! Dh even suggested for scan to b sure if baby was in good condition n gbam! We did n guess!d boy or girl just de shake yansh e dey jolly for him mansion! Lols it really put a big smile on our faces seeing our LO . I'm grateful @cherry @ayabadamilola n all awon iya oloyun God go bless una o.

If it's been confirmed, it will definitely go once baby has been delivered. As per your meals, you have to reduce intake of carbohydrates (as it breaks down to sugar) and take more of protein. You can infuse Ofada Rice and wheat Rice to your meals instead of the normal Rice. Instead of yam take sweet potatoes; more of efo soko(vegetable); carrot etc.
But this one that you can't cook for now; I really don't know how you'll work out the meal plan. You can get someone to cook for you in bulk tho.
I also wasn't able to cook for almost 3months and the money spent on eating out no be for here.
In all; it shall be a supernatural delivery for us all in Jesus name, Amen.

If you are eventually diagnosed with GD you can't eat whatever you crave for.

You doctor will draft out a meal plan for you.

Which will include unripe plantain with veggies, beans, little rice etc.

Key is to eat little at a time but eat often! Don't wait till you are hungry.


Drink plenty water and avoid fruit juices and carbonated drinks.

Work closely with your doctor and all will be fine.

. Thanks . I just did d test n it shows 120. @ayabadamilola doc said it was because I drank too much chivita or soft drinks too much in d early stage coz I couldn't stand food. Just d drinks. Said when I start eating well now it will change. What do u guys think?

You can still eat them na, but in small portions. Also, I read somewhere that the odds of having a big baby is high...that is why you should be more careful. Pele.... baby will be here before you know it.

Ejika48, it's likely gestational diabetes and if we're sure of it, not much can be done till you give birth. You just have to watch your sugar intake and try to be as careful as you can. If you eat white rice a lot, you can switch to local rice abi ofada ....instead of bread too, you can take wheat bread. (tho I don't like it cos it's not sweet). Seek your doctor's advice sha... cheers

Pls doctors in the house help o.....I was admitted at d hospital due to my ms cause DH said I was about to faint so he rushed me there they conducted three different tests but the one bothering me is that of sugar. I was told my sugar level is so high! N ever since I've been scared. Since I got back home my appetite has increased now I can eat whatever I feel like, smell, sleep, n even talk well! I'm so grateful to God. Now the question is "are we safe? What can I do to reduce it? I'm I now a diabetes patient? Pls someone should explain better. This is my third baby n I've never experienced such in the previous

I strived but submit to God's will, for He knows all. When it was just few weeks left to August 25th. I fell to labour and before I could say Jack, the water gushed out on first Sunday. I was rushed to nearby hospital where I gave birth to my Angel but she only survived few minutes. Everything happened suddenly but thank God I'm alive because the delivery was serious as the baby was brought buttocks first. I lost lot of blood but I survived it all though my baby girl is no more.

I don't know how to handle the loss especially when my b..bs full and no baby to feed. Pray for me pls

lol madam, i work in a different state ni and will travel early morning tomorrow except something happens. we are at home still, no contractions she is exercising and we still getting some leakages, d water is yellowish (not clear). Me myself want to be dere for my princess home coming nd same i dnt want to make wrong decisions. abi person wey no get contractions at all fit labor

let her take lot of pineapple. Make thick ewedu soup for her to drink. Yea I mean it! U guys should bleep. Do the hold d window style. I hope this helps

Ice block did work for me... I chew it all the time and I could only take warm water well a little bit hot and ginger tea was my friend. You are lucky yours has gone finally.... As I am now,am still nauseous with lots of saliva
