Is there anything wrong with a Nigerian Catholic priest dancing with a masquerade? That’s a legitimate question considering foreign religions like the Roman Catholic with church denominations across Africa, have always condemned our traditional practices and religions, especially masquerades.
A Nigerian Catholic priest was recently pictured dancing with a masquerade at a funeral in Nnewi, Anambra state.
The photos were shared on Facebook and many Christians think its unacceptable, arguing that as a priest, he should not be mingling with an “unbeliever”, the masquerade.
Some others feel there’s nothing wrong with the catholic priest dancing with a masquerade.
What’s your thoughts on this trend?
