One side of the land(length) is already fenced and the measurement of the remaining 3 sides are--length-40.14m, front and back-25m each.A guy gave me the following estimates which i think are on the high side.
1.Clearing of site--15,000
2.Formwork to grroundbeam and column-qty=115.10@2100=241,710
3.Blockwork to fence-qty=136.11@2100=285,835
4.supply and install of gate-90,000
5.Reinforcement -qty1512kg @157=237,384
6.Excavation of foundation-20,000
7.Concrete in groundbeam and column-qty=13.1 @26000=340,000.
Total==1,230,525

Please , i need to get reasonable estimates for the construction of a fence round my plot at lekki2. One length of it is already fenced . The unfenced legth is 40.14m, while the front and back are 25m each. Have had one estimate of more than 1million and i found this on the high side.The height is only 2m.

segcy.moor, can you help me estimate the cost of putting up a fence in lekki phase 2? The land is not marshy and it is already fenced on one side. The other three sides are. length-40.14m and the two breadth are -25m each. What a builder is quoting for me seems to be on a high side.
