Some old women believe miscarriage occurs as a result of womb hotness or a word called oriomo (worm that disturbs the womb and prevents pregnancy or causes miscarriage).

Since getting pregnant is not the issue,then doctors should focus more on sustaining the pregnancy.sometimes ordinary aspirin(₦50) can prevent miscarriage because it aids blood flow. Some doctors give oral/anal or vaginal and injectible progesterone because when in excess there's no problem.
