sucre26: Thanks for your response. But I still need some clarifications... How did you changed it? Did you book your flight directly to Maryland from Naija connecting from Atlanta? If yes, didn't they suspect or ask any question? Hope to hear from you soon... |

Hello House, my wife is bound to travel next month. But there is a problem... Her initial destination was supposed to be Houston but now she feels staying in Maryland would be better as she has a friend that would host her. All her documents bear Houston... And I intend to route her flight through JFK, NY to Houston but at JFK after POE interviews, she could change course to Maryland, maybe by plane (domestic) or by train... I'm just wondering if there is any risk to this!!! Please, your candid opinions will be highly appreciated... |

Hello NLders in this thread, some of you may know me. I've been following this thread from prt 1 to 2 and have also contributed. I've been doing all these for my wife and unborn child. At a point I decided that I made her read through the threads cos she would be the one to face the VO alone, as I won't be there with her. Today was her interview in Abuja mourning hours. And to God be the glory it was a success. According to her, the interview lasted for about 5 to 7 mins. It was God's favour all through. She was honest about her intention to travel (birthing) and all necessary documents was packed. But amazingly, she didn't even open her burden of proof file jacket all through the interview, as she was not asked of any documents, accept the ones (Intl passport, visa app confirmation page, appointment confirmation page and passport photograph) she used for entrance. Infact, she wasn't asked for hospital correspondence, accommodation, bank statement, etc)... Let me stop here I will post the entire VO scene (experience) in my next post... 13 Likes |

Hello house, I just received a letter of appointment from Dr. Glenn Morgan for August but the letter is not his signatory, rather one Terry of a guy, I guess in his office. Has any one used Dr. Morgan's letter before for interview with Terry as a signatory? Would it pose a problem knowing that it wasn't the Dr. that actually signed it? Also, between Dr. Morgan and Dr. Fagbohun letters, which one is best advisable to use for the interview? Pls help!!! 1 Like |

Hello house! Have been following these threads for a while but can't find information that suits my intention. My Wife will be due in October. I'm thinking of using Baltimore, MD or Massachusetts, Boston. * Please what's the safest way of presenting your case at the embassy for your visa to be approved? By the way, I've never been to the USA before but my wife and I have been to India on two occasions for medical reasons. * If I decide not to notify the VO during the interview about birthing in the States but disclose it at POE, showing all the necessary documents and correspondence, will it comes back to hunt us in subsequent visa appointments & renewal? * Please, anyone with doctors direct contacts, who will be willing to give appointments and respond to correspondence in Maryland or Boston should please share with me @ Ekweresplace@gmail.com. * While preparing for interview, what documents should I have handy? * I'll welcome and appreciate any advice you guys would give. This is my first time... Please house, it's urgent. Thank you. |
