Customs was on the same salary as FIRS before FIRS increased last year (240+ After tax). I don't know if customs has increased due to the recent changes in the economy.

I don't understand your statement. But if you are asking for a good place for a civil engineer, FERMA (Site money). I don't know any other place. I don't think NUPRC employs Civil engineers and even if they do, they are already done with induction.

Please, who knows about the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF)? What exactly do they do and how much is their salary?

The whole civil service uses the same salary structure, no matter the office or ministry you applied for. few places might have special allowances though.
