You might ask where the will was mentioned there. The will of YHVH Almighty is not different from his work. The will of YHVH Almighty is that his creatures should obey his Commandments. To believe in Yahushua the Messiah, the Word of YHVH Almighty, the embodiment of his Ten Commandments, is to do the will of YHVH Almighty.

So, yes, accepting Yahushua the Messiah as your Lord is the same as doing the will of YHVH Almighty. Like I said above, doing the will of YHVH Almighty simply means obeying his Commandments. Like I said above, Yahushua the Messiah is the embodiment of the Ten Commandments of YHVH Almighty. Yahushua the Messiah is your Master/Lord when you obey the Commandments of YHVH Almighty.

It means, therefore, that everything bordering of the will of YHVH Almighty points directly to obedience to his Commandments, which, of course, Yahushua the Messiah embodies.

How do you ascertain the fruits of a person you don't know and have never had any direct dealing with.

I am not disputing the Scripture. I know the prayer of the enemies of YHVH Almighty are abominations before him. You can't work for Mr A and expect to be paid by Mr B. It doesn't work that way. Unless, of course, there is an agreement between Mr A and Mr B to that effect. The servants of Satan and the demons are the enemies of their Creator, YHVH Almighty, and will never get any attention from him whenever they pray to him. Do they even pray to him?

1. To answer your question, yes, it is possible to ascertain if a person is righteous or not without knowing who he/she is. Jesus Christ said that you will know those who are His by their fruits. A righteous individual, for instance, will be a light towards which those who are of the world — the Lost sheep of Israel in particular — would be drawn. Even an unrighteous born-again thirsting/seeking after the Kingdom of God(Holiness), and God's righteousness wouldn't even ask people for an interpretation of dreams. Why? Because Jesus Christ said it can't be.

2. Um... If God Himself made clear that the prayers, offerings, sacrifices, praises, giving, "good" work, petitions, thanksgiving, etc., of the unrighteous, are an abomination to Him because their sins make them all a filthy abomination which God rejects, why would you still go and ask an unrighteous to pray to God for a real-life problem that you know God will not hear nor resolve for them? Why not send such a person to get answers that can at least help him along the path to resolving the said issue without needing to wait in vain for God? (And yes, an unrighteous man waits in vain for God to answer his prayers because God said He will not answer the prayers of the unrighteous.)

It is obvious your dream interpretations do not come from God. So, what do you want me to do? Ask OP to pray when OP could instead get a resolution to the anxiety resulting from the dream by speaking to a mental health counselor.

Did I submit any interpretation here? I said that the Op should seek knowledge from his Maker. If he is righteous, fine and dandy. He will be just asking the Father for clarification of his recurring dream. If he is unrighteous, then he is going back to his Maker just like the prodigal son. Why would anyone who claims to be a follower of the Word of YHVH Almighty have problem with such recommendation. Again, kobojunkiee, are you sure you are alright?
