Let me answer you.
1. The ICC has always existed; it was only renovated
2. Gishiri interchange just connects to already developed places.
So in the past they said they did Guzape road as they scooped out a portion and tarred again, same thing at Maitama, now these areas that have had roads for the longest. Gizape had roads even before houses moved there. They did the extensions at Goodluck Jonathan way and said they built it.
What are the other 15 projects?
For sure there are projects going on in Abuja but most of them are completion, at least in the city center, the suburbs are not so lucky.

A certain party could not commission up to such a number of projects in 16years. But this is just 17 projects completed in two years just in FCT only. Other projects are spread across the country. This light has come to stay forever. God bless Nigeria.

You can always spot people who don't stay in Abuja. It will take a very long time to match the development in Abuja between 99-2015. A lot of these projects are road extensions and not new roads.

Sometimes what is right can be against what the law says.

In the eyes of the law the law makers didn't decamp.
Making a public announcement doesn't make you a member of a party or not.
Resignation letter to your ward chairman is what the law recognizes, not public announcement.
Becoming a member of a party is also not done by Public announcement it is by going to ward and picking up a membership form.
If I stand up today and I say I am the governor of Lagos State, you can't take me to court and say I am the governor of Lagos State, becoming the governor is not by making pronouncements.

The PDP does not have any official resignation letters from the law makers and their names still remain in the PDP register.
Also the APC doesn't have an official application to join neither are their name in the APC register.

It's as simple as ABC Atiku is not stupid he knows all these.

Using the Indices they put there, Abuja for instance is far more conducive, in fact, by any standard. Ironically in Maiduguri, you find a lot of good stuff there, don't forget before the insurgency it was a commercial hub and there are a lot of rich people from there. You will be shocked how clean Maiduguri is and some areas look as modern as an Abuja or Lagos.

A lot of people will I've you their opinions but no one knows her as you do. She didn't hide it from you. I have seen a lot of successful relationships like this just settle a few things in your heart.
1. Her child will always be part of her life, be nice to him/her
2. Because of the child, she will periodically have communication with her baby daddy, if you decide to be with her then trust her enough.
3. People will try to shame you and her, protect her.
4. If you are sure you can handle small talk and you are convinced about her, by all means, be with her.

Having a child doesn't reduce her value in an way.
