I'm an accountant but with your question, you sounds really different. You need to study your FM more. Why will you ever think of quiting a permanent role for a (6) contract role?
You should be looking for another permanent role elsewhere and not considering quiting to take up a 6month job.

All you see is permanent and contract? With NGOs most roles are time bound but renewable. It's good to make findings instead of assumptions.
Most NGO jobs in Nigeria are project based. I know this as i have worked in this sector and will always be better than a private school.

I was recently given a 6 months contract by SFH to work as a finance assistant of a project with a salary of N125,000 per month (subject to 5% withholding tax) and I currently work as an accountant for a private school which salary is N70,000 per month.

Is it advisable that I leave my current work of N70,000 per month and go for the contract offer with SFH or I should just reject the contract offer and continue with my present place of work?

Plz anyone?

Coming frim someone tgat has worked in that system, go for the SFH job most times its renewable. Also, its easier to jump on other projects and NGOs.
Do something for your career and take this job.

It depends on the school and course. If its an MBA there are a number of schools that will accept you. In IT too schools like University of Iloring will accept HND, NOUN too.

Of course it is. And for the ignorant people saying even some Nigerian Universities reject it its a lie. In Nigeria you can use NECO, WAEC and NABTEB exams for higher institutions and same should apply for foreign schools.

I will be brief. So, I met a girl in church and one thing led to another and we exchanged contacts. We been chatting and talking ever since. I can tell she likes me a lot as she's always calling me on WhatsApp call and video calls.

To the question, does it make sense for a lady to choose for a guy where to take her especially on a first date? Who wouldn't want to hangout in a popular relaxation spot if he/she doesn't have anything to hide? I remember I read a book then sometimes in 2011 which the author claimed that Maiduguri got lot of beautiful houses and planning and used to be a residential abode for rich northerners.

Although I can’t verify that claim coz I’ve not been there before. But a view of Maiduguri from google earth reveals it’s still a nice city even with all it is passing through currently.

Question is what can you offer. A 2:1 doesn't´t necessarily translate to better performance in the marketplace. Be particular about building yourself and you will go far.
Even the Zenith Bank MD has a HND in Accounting but he didn´t stop there nether did he let it limit him. He improved on his skills and qualifications. DO the same. People will always tell you trash. There are tons of 2:1 graduates still looking for jobs.

The last time geology department graduated a student was 3 years ago ..and the best graduating student had 2.99second class lower this guy should try OAU .

And you should probably try some common sense. What the employer seeks is your ability to deliver and not where the degree was gotten. As long as it´s not an Ivy league school what´s the bragging right there.
Give the guy credit and move on.

I left secondary sch in 2016 and ever since I've been trying my luck to get in pharmacy school.

I've written jamb four times, over the years I've applied

I don't consider myself as a brilliant student but I am above average.

Although I am currently studying S.L.T but i am not and never satisfied with the course.. infact I don't even pay attention in class and I hardly attend class all I think of is pharmacy

it's affecting my life.. now I don't even Know how to proceed with my life.

From someone that ¨didn´t pay attention¨for same reason you better do.you can keep applying ro after you study SLT you can still do pharmacy. We believed the lie that one course was superior to the other until those so called underdogs started to do well.

Msc holders are everywhere, some from top schools around the world. Build yourself and get good experience, there´s never a time to do it,you can always do it. Also, you can pick up a part time Msc while you work.

What is most important is charting a course for your life. The present MD of Zenith Bank is a graduate of Auchi Poly. What defines you is what you do with what you have. Even a masters degree doesn't mean your meal is assured.

Further math is just an added advantage and since you did it in secondary school you should be fine. In my experience it's better to do Computer Science than Engineering. What are you looking at? Security, software engineering, networking, Service Management?
