Have you ever been to the oil producing community in Ondo State? The community has been in existence even before amalgamation.

Reserves dictates oil production. You produce only from what you have. In Nigeria, large reserve states generate the larger proportion of oil.
And ondo is a very minor oil producer because she never really had oil. All her known oil wells were the ones carved from the delta.
