In this case, there is no dull or intelligent candidates.

The test was marred with irregularities and the malpractices. There is no way the management can select the best out of the process.

If the management of NCDMB should go ahead with the interview, then a serious minded person should forget about the process to avoid heartbreak because it already lack merit.

please let us differentiate between a prophetic declaration and sourced information. We all need all the information we can get at this time. Moral is low and needs to be boosted.

Just heard from a reliable source from inside NCDMB ( a GM). He said they still haven’t set the cut off mark but once they do, they’ll call for a second round of tests

It makes sense.

First: Use average cut off to allow both the good, the cheats and the average.

Second: Test again to weed out the cheats and the average...

One doesn't need to be a genius to have such a score in the EH test. All the person need to have is a combination of well rounded knowledge and excellent time management skills, especially for taking Computer Based Test.

If you take a close look at the test, you would agree that the main challenge to scoring up to 80% wasn't the difficulty of test questions but the time consuming nature of the test consisting of 9 passages with 32 questions and 69 other direct questions for a duration of 60 minutes in all.

For anyone that didn't cheat to have up to 80%, he or she must purposely reserve section 2 for the last. The remaining sections had a total of 81 questions which persons that have the attributes I mentioned earlier could finish just before the 50 minutes mark.

When you get to section 2 that had 5 passages and a total of 20 questions with a remaining time of less than 10 minutes, it would be extremely difficult to maintain the frame of mind that would aid your comprehension of the passages.

If you can maintain a relaxed frame of mind, you can comfortably answer the first 4 questions for passage 1. The remaining 16 questions for passages 2 to 5 can best be approached in my opinion by uniform blind guess. That is by picking a particular alphabet say 'B' for the remaining 16 questions.

If a well rounded candidate follow the above approach, then 90% is feasible since the main challenge wasn't the difficulty of the questions but the obvious inadequacy of time which most likely would affect your frame of mind during the test.

For all those that have taken their tests, the above analysis is now history.

I believe they would most likely adopt the PTDF OSS Shortlisting and Interview Method by inviting a particular number of both GT and EH (Say 50 and 30) candidates from each State. And it won't be a surprise to me if we're scheduled for the oral interview in the 1st week of December, 2020. We pray God for the APL.

You may also study the exact questions as posted by your friends and fine tune how you are going to answer the questions.

At least, you'll know that the probability of being invited to the interview stage is high.

I lost hope in this ncdmb water my registration. They sent me a mail saying that I wasn't qualified for the post. I was surprised to receive an sms telling me to log in and write my exam.

If I scored 90% or 50% it does not mean I should castigate some one who wishes the test to be nullified due to a fact that the system cheated on him.

Instead, I should sympathize with any victim that felt cheated. This is because what goes around may comes around.

If they like, they could have shared all the slots instantly without even advertising and nothing will happen, ncdmb has displayed every signal that this recruitment will be transparent. See this one, the approval for this recruitment was signed in the SGF office around February this year with some slot allocated to that office and other powerful people. First hand info from an insider.
Pray that the federal character commission would reserve little slots for the common people.
