It is obvious the counsel for Kanu want an open court so they can have a crowd who would intimidate the witness.

The Judge needs to set it so only certain people can be within the court room , others within a certain distance of the court house.
This is a case bodering on national security you can't just let everyone walk in.

I'm seeing pictures of people taking selfies with Kanu, there should be a gallery areas separated from the witness, counsel and accused such that there be no interaction between the attending public and the activities of the day.
