This schools charge very high school fees but pay their staff peanuts. So the staff render the service of their pay. These staff are never available when crimes are committed by these children. The children are left to themselves to express the evil they brought from home to other kids.

Hard to tell for sure, what I know is for most folks that just arrive Canada and yet to file tax, they file a form that asks for their previous earnings.
That way they can qualify for government benefits and rebates(CCB,GST/HST etc)

For someone whose is the sole sponsor of his spouse and kids that are studying in Canada but working in his home country and visits occasionally. Is he meant to also pay income tax in Canada after paying income tax in his home country?

So many unfamiliar names here. Anyway, I am usually against using strangers to pay for application fees because, in recent times, we've seen people filing for chargebacks, and IRCC will, at the very least, refuse your application. The consequences are usually more severe than just application refusal. Anyway, my history speaks for itself on this platform. You can search for 'shupy' or 'shuppy.' I can pay for one or two applications on a monthly basis. Once I pay for two applications, that is my cap for the month. However, I must still emphasize the dangers of using a random person for visa payment. You're not just risking your money. I am using lemonade app selling rate and at this moment 1cad = N591.5.

Americans do not need a temporary resident visa to canada.,just present the child american passport to the boarder officer .but if the child is planning to stay in canada then Children accompanying an adult who is in Canada on a study permit may study in Canada without a study permit at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels and do not forget to hold the child orginal birth certificate .
