Pls I won't advice you to apply for the visa with your hubby and kids at the same time, it's a wrong move. Basically, if you do that, your more like throwing away your life line that is suppose to back you up in securing the visa.
What I'm trying to say is, you've already have a social ties you can use to add strength to your home ties, so why throw it away by applying together with your family at the same time.
Tell your hubby and kids to stay back, you should apply first and use your hubby and kids as home ties bcus your husband and kids adds more strength to your home ties, so use them to equip your home ties arsenal.

Secondly, draft a good Sop and most importantly make sure you state your study plan in the Sop,this way VO will see that your Sop has a direction.
While writing your Sop you can also reveal to ircc that you own a business but it's registered in your hubby's name but for them to believe it, you need to add evidence to it that you truely own the buisness. The reason why I want you to bring this up is for you to be adding more juice to your home ties. Telling the VO you own the buisness but it's registered in your hubby's name is not enough, you need to show them evidence bcus you having a buisness of your own that is thriving and also using your family as home ties, they will make up a sufficient home ties to some extent.

Since your overwhelmed with the whole thing,I suggest you take it step by step so that you won't get confuse. You can start by surfing the internet and look for school that will suit your needs in terms of tuition and course.
Once you get admission, you can come back here and inform us so that we will tell you next step to take

My spouse is applying for UK study permit. I am the sponsor of the studies and expenses.I will also apply as the partner. My question is on the proof of funds. Should the proof of funds for both of us be in my spouse’s account, in my account or the respective proof of funds be in our individual accounts.

Back then there was hardly anything like sponsoring or H1-B. So one needed to be authorized to work either through citizenship, green card, or work permit. I already had GC when I started my first job.

Been a while... Yes you are right some companies need the greencard or blue passport before they employ you. I just feel it depends on the policy of the company and also some companies don't understand the immigration policy so they might not want to go through the stress. On the other hand, there are thousands of companies that will gladly employ you just with your OPT provided you scale through the interview. Infact majority of big companies employ without greencard or blue passport because they have immigration department that handles those process if needed.

For me... My wife is a US citizen and we met while we were in school(I was her teaching assistant) and got married before I graduated, she was able to help me get my greencard.. I guess I was lucky, it is usually not rosy like that ..

In summary.. provided you are in IT, you go always get something provided you know what you doing... also with special strategy.. you can get your greencard/blue passport easily.

My question is, how do I know which school is recognized and will add value to me as per recognized degree for green card/ permanent residency pursuit.

This is another example of an irony. A sidechick becomes the wife while the wife is now a single mother looking for love. The young ones should learn from the experience of the older ones while the older ones still in marriage should have it in mind that the sidechicks are envious of what you have and will only tell you things that will push you out of your marriage. When you leave she now comes in to your home that you have set-up and settles down. A word is enough for the wise.
