I'm waiting for the likes of OtunbaJega, mogentle, omenka, berem and co on this thread. |
obayaya: What has he got to do with this?I wonder what party excos are doing in a state where they are not registered voters. You have campaigned. Good. Get other party members who are from the state exco to do the monitoring. They just want to unduly influence things with their presence. Mtchewwwwww. |
Ashantiking: I will find out the doctors name. He used to treat my brother's wife when she lived in Liberia. It is midnight around here and she is sleeping, I will ask her once she wakes up.Is coming......... |
Where are all the professors of medicine, pharmacy, pharmacology in Nigeria? It's time for them to prove their worth. |
Ashantiking: I don't have to be there or take part to know. I could also ask you were you there when they started vomiting blood. We only got the news that they died of ebola.Doctor's name please. |
Ashantiking: Well I already gave facts. No u didn't . you only insinuated. Where you there when they were murdered? Or did you do the murdering? |
Ashantiking: Seems you are happy about that. Which is really sadU Neva sabi any tin. Sebi inu e n don pe Ebola was ni naija. O ma to kan yin. |
Ashantiking: Like I said the government is killing ebola victims. Not everyone who has ebola died of the disease many are been killed. Sue me if u can. IdiotCome out with facts joor. Mudashooker |
donnypool: LMAO hahahaha...'mob-quarantine' got me cracked upYou would be surprised that humans behave like animal when issue of survival is at stake. |
Ashantiking: So u are hoping it spreads to Ghana. Wicked beingIdile e ma Sofo ebola danu ni. It's already at your doorsteps. Those running away from Nigeria are running to Ghana. Don't u know. |
Ashantiking: Even if you see them will you be brave to catch them. People will only run away from them should they see them. No one will be brave enough to apprehend them. You no know anything. They could be lynched o. People can do anything for survival and any threat to their survival taken down and out. We've seen it happen time and time again. |
Ashantiking: Did I ever say I was a nigerian. I already have my reasons for saying what I said if don't like it, don't quote me. I will continue to say what I have to say. Is people like you that allow the government to take u for a ride.Aye ma name ni. Oloriburku radarada. Soon, very soon Ghana go chop am. |
Govt should post their names and pictures on TV and radio. I trust Nigerians, they will fish them out in a matter of hours. Ta n fe Ku? |
redsun: I think one is allowed several signatures, depending on where and the situation you are using it.The important thing is for you to be able to prove that it is yours with documentations. The fact that the old signature is on your passport is enough for you to be able to sign it. You should have made efforts before now to change the signature. On the signature thing, Na ur fault o. |
The 1st set of symptoms of the early stages are quite similar to malaria or typhoid. Just imagine some1 having serious malaria, before u know, pple will think it's Ebola o. |
kayjasper: Babes that's very on point. Most of these boys don't even know much about what they are selling. Marketing should come with passion if you want success. But when they don't know the engine types or even year models by just taking a look at the lights or wheels then there is problem. These guys are just hustlers. They are not the owners of these cars. They just do their daily hustling at a car stand/shop. Why should they use exact pictures for different adverts? They could have used different pictures of the same car and there would be no suspicion. It's evident they even lack product knowledge. Why won't you know the product you are selling? The price on the other thread for this car too cheap sha. This is what we call SNAKE in area 11 car stand in Abuja. Make una no buy snake o |
Probably it was due to the fact that the censor board mandated them to remove some scenes before showingit in Nigeria. |
Many potential buyers are wondering why d car is so cheap. I can imagine what's going on in their minds from the questions they ask. Engine prob? Gear prob? Flooded car? When tokunbo is just shy of 3M. |
sexyseun: No! its not mandatory to put your gas cylinder outside your kitchen, The effect of Heat from the sun causes the gas pipe to soften hereby you can still have a gas leak, Our cylinder has been in our kitchen right from the time i was a kid, no gas palaver, ensure you are just careful thats all30 years in the kitchen and not a single accident. Thanks to God |
For the past 30 years, our gas cylinder has been in the kitchen right beside the cooker. Not a single accident has been recorded by God's grace. |
meforyou1: D GMD NNPC from borno? A state that doesn't even produce groundnut oil?I wonder o |
20pounds: Fayemi had four years to do the bidding of Ekiti people, but he chose to do the bidding of Lion of Bourdillon. He was voted out for non-performance, but his party called it 'stomach infrastructure'. Instead of him to retire peacefully and rue his days in office, in quiet solitude, he has decided to lay landmines for the incoming administration.Don't mind the man. Lagos state has all the resources from its IGR to run its 57 LGs+LCDAs. What IGR does Ekiti have. By the time these new local govts are staffed, where will the funds to pay their salaries and emoluments? Soon what we will be hearing will be NULGE strike in Ekito state. This is a clear case of ''Bi o ba, bi o o ba, bu l'ese''( if u catch it, kill it. If u don't catch it, maim its leg) Poor decision from a so-called progressive. |
Jakumo: Oh yes, it must have take a whole lot of muffugin' courage to ambush that S-Class Mercedes car containing Kudirat, the outspoken but completely defenseless wife of M.K.O. Abiola, winner of Nigeria's 1993 presidential election, so as to spray her with automatic fire from an Israeli-made Uzi sub-machinegun.Don't get me wrong. I don't admire the courage to kill but the courage to admit one's actions and take responsibility when you know the outcome might not be in your favor. |
edo3: Ta ba ran omo ni ise eru,,oye kafi tomo je..so being in d military means u shld be takin innocent lives??if that is the situation, its only d military dt wud remain on earth 2 rule themselves..D bastard roger got carroied away wt wearing Army uniforms...omo oju ori ola ri...idiota!!!I can understand your points but your proverb does not work for the guys in d military. Not at all. Remember, what a man sees as a half-full cup, another sees as a half-empty cup. The playbook of the military does not always concur with those of civilians. While I'm not holding brief for anyone, and not in support of blood shedding, you should know that during the Abacha days, the phrase 'enemy of state' means you are not innocent. Insubordination was also not tolerated then. If he didn't do it, someone else would have done it. |
FTC............... Tanke, tipper garage, PS, Mini(those days) . The only university in Nigeria without ASUU strike for over 12 years. |
abuayman: Will comment later when I eat finish. But for now, Obama, yhu and yhur NATO friends should take a look at yhur hand work in Iraq and LIbyaAnd in Egypt |
As a military person, he's under obligation to follow orders and not to question the morality of orders given to him. We should stop letting our emotions or moral leanings move us to judge others The relationship between him and Gen. Abacha, Maj. Al Mustapha and others was military. If after life in the military or even if they are still serving together in the military, one decides to ignore the other, so be it. Nobody owes the other any favors for carrying out instructions of a superior or for giving orders to a subordinate. Sgt Rogers had carried out instructions given to him by a superior officer. CHIKENA! You can only understand if you have ever been part of a strictly regimented society. In my opinion, the Nigeria Army should have promoted him to the rank where his colleagues are today, paid him his full benefits and let him retire and go home. He has served his country the best way he could. It's just sad that he suffered for his service. I have always admired his courage as well as that of Maj. Al Mustapha. |
hurricaneChris: Driving from my crib in onike towards Agnes via that road at night these days has become an impossible task for me lately. Harvey road ordinarily is a high risk-road at odd times. I know many cases of bag-snatching and rape incidents at gun points on that road. Because armed robber would take advantage of the loneliness and devour unsuspecting passers-by.Over 20 years ago, a friend's mum was robbed and killed on that road around 6am. Every now and then, cars are snatched from people. With the abandoned road construction, you cannot drive at high speed and when you slow down, miscreants hiding in the cemetery can easily attack you. The element will be 'surprise'. |
oduastates: Should the cementary be fenced in the first instance?Think and reason properly before you open your mouth. What makes you think you are the only one that has TRAVEL COMOT. Lots of people travel in and out at will yet they still contribute to change wherever they are. I also don't think comparing Nigeria to a prison is actually reasonable. Haba! |
@oduastates, Considering the fact that the fence had been erected years ago, I see no reason why it shouldn't be maintained. If you knew how notorious the area was years ago, you would understand why the fence is there. Talking of landscaping, areas inhabited by the living are begging for it, I doubt if anyone would pay much attention to landscaping a cemetery. Note that some private sites within the cemetery are properly landscaped. Road hazard you say? The road is actually under renovation though the contractor has abandoned the renovation for some time( weeks now). You mentioned taxes. For a fact, i have appended my signature to over #3,000,000.00 in taxes to the LASG, ranging from LAND USE CHARGE to others i wouldnt like to mention here. Talking of traveling to places, i've been to many places but the truth is I i feel more at home here. The infrastructure is there in those places you might be talking about but THEY DONT GIVE LIFE, they only add value to life. My post has no mention of witches and wizards so why bring it up? |
OP, you really have done something good here. I would like to know a few things. 1. Do you carry out only Electrical tests before drilling( Profiling,VES) or do you add others like Electromagnetic? 2. How often do you get drilling jobs? I am asking because Im interested in being out there with your crew for data acquisition, interpretation and drilling( I don't expect you to pay me. I just want to gather field experience). 3. Somewhere outside Lagos state but still in the SW, there are 2 failed boreholes within 200m of each other. I'm working on a proposal to the MDAs/Legislators that sponsored the drilling to correct this. I would appreciate your contribution because of your experience in such. Thanks.
