crestedguy: bros you must be new in lagos, those orisha was erected by jagaban ,during his second tenure as governor of lagos state, before now, that was not the original position, the orisha was shifted backwards.....so what do you want to tell me that is new, what is the reason for those demonic structures,Blood is donated on that spot......that place is OJUBO..... if you know what that means.....let see if another accident will not be reported before the end of the month I'm sure you don't drive. Tell me exactly any accident on that road that remotely close to one caused by the Three Men. They are not even close to the bridge again, if at all accidents should happen, it should be at the slope of Jobi Fele junction and Nurudeen olowopopo way. Stop blaming human error and carelessness on some phantom deity |

crestedguy: in as much the three orisha is there ,there will be accident on that road,no week that accident dont occur on that road,God help us Forget the Orisa, they've been there for a long time. The recent accidents at that point should be Julius Berger blame. They have abandoned those heavy concrete dividers carelessly on the road. These dividers are the culprits and not the Three Men. It used to be some form of failed brake by trucks ramming into vehicles or a tanker falling, but now, it's mostly lone cars.

dman4mdmoon: They should just tell us that the whole of Lagos will be on lock down tomorrow because once there is a problem on one major road like Third mainland bridge or Ikorodu road, there will be hold-up everywhere. For me, na to sleep for the whole of tomorrow be that. No going out beyond my neighbourhood. Very sensible, unless it's extremely important to go out. |

The enduring grip of historical falsehoods on Igbo minds continues to poison both Igbo culture and psyche.
BY TOCHUKWU EZUKANMA FEB 06, 2017 Tochukwu, your brothers and sisters have gone too deep into the misinformation which has completely altered the Igbo culture, a culture now based on Social Media abuse and insults. |

Igboid: Only fools cannot see the link between this sudden road reconstruction and upcoming Anambra elections. We would welcome whatever part of the road they end up reconstructing in the end and even thank them, and still not Vote APC, you can be very sure of that. Speak for yourself, even inside your house, nobody take your opinion serious, not to talk of a whole state. You can't keep blackmailing govt. The govt will take care of ALL regions in Nigeria. |

masterpiece86: The Federal Government on Thursday announced a lifeline to financially distressed Arik Airlines to continue to keep it as a going concern in the aviation industry. The management of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON, said the decision to intervene clearly underscores the government’s commitment to instill sanity in the country’s aviation sector to prevent a major catastrophe in the country. “The development will afford Arik Airlines, which is the largest local carrier in the country, to go back to regular and undisrupted operations, avoid job losses, protect investors and stakeholder funds as well as ensure safety and stability in the already challenged aviation sector,” AMCON spokesperson, Jude Nwauzor, said. Under the new arrangement, the airline would be managed by Roy Ilegbodu, a veteran aviation expert, under the receivership of Oluseye Opasanya, a senior advocate of Nigeria.

kITATITA: We (Igbo) should talk like that. Tinubu is not in government but he influences the direction of governance. Ike Ekweremadu is Deputy Senate President; but is he as influential as Akpabio. How much Constituency Project did he influence to Igboland. In Obasanjo tenure, we had Ngozi, Ezekwesili, Soludo, Akunyili, Chidoka, Kema Chikwe, Earnest Ndukwe, etc. They couldn't influence anything, not even road or good project to the Igbo. They can't even drive home in a sedan. Show me any Federal Government project since 1999 and I will stop supporting Buhari. waoooooo You just dazed me. |
Politics › Re: Reconstruction Of Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Lauretta Onochie Mocks PDP by Eledan: 12:57pm On Feb 09, 2017 |
kITATITA: You can jump into Ekulu River for all I care. I don't have to prove my Igbo identity to you. Let me tell you how politics is played. Obviously IPOB is popular in Igboland but not influential. IPOB can't influence anything. IPOB is not Arewa Youths, nor IYC nor MEND, nor Avengers; not even OPC. These are influential organizations; some of them sinister but influential. Ndigbo play politics of sentiments and popularity and not influence. On April 30, 2015, Ken Nnamni led a group of Igbo leaders to a closed door meeting with PMB. No press statement afterwards and no communique but the visitors came out fulfilled. Subsequent to the visit, the second Niger Bridge, Enugu -Onitsha Road, etc were accommodated in the 2016 budget. This year Mr. Nnamani led a group of Igbo politicians into APC. That is horse-trading. That is Politics. That is influence. He didn't have to curse or abuse or wish Buhari dead. Are you sure you are Igbo ? They don't talk like this, you've been able to detach unnecessary sentiments. |
