midol:
My muslim yoruba brothers believe that when you hold a peaceful rally you are 'facing' the nigerian army. When fulanis sneezes we yoruba muslims catch cold and we expect ibos to catch cold too, when Ibos refuse to bow to fulani, we yorubas get angry and lament about 'Ibo hate'. grin grin
nope,as a young Yoruba boy I believe I can beat most of my friends around my height but it is most Dan 6yrs when I fought last,is not DAT I don't get challenged but to my people especially my friends thinks like DAT is meant for illiterate, tout and immature guys. Most ibos DAT gets to my area whenever u see them acting the act as if they want to fight and u know what we always ignore them after months we might become friends now is it DAT 4-5 of us can't form gang to beat Dem? Maturity, culture, discipline, and no time for nonsense won't allow DAT,again ibos I love u but deal with ur hatred the" highest percentage of might in my areas is always among the ibos" we have shown u more love by seeing u as us u need a change of character, despite d goodness u see and receive from our people I hardly hear an Ibo man saying something good about the Yorubas.. If u don't Change till Jesus come u will always chase the yorubas..

Am no writing off biafra am only saying dat applying wisdom will profit us more. D real truth is dat biafra will suffer for years why? Do we have seaports?? If we channelled those agitation towards building seaports in east by now we shud have gotten at least one functional seaport. Do u know dat apart from goods imported by multi nationals dat up to 85% imports belong to ibos and yet these imports develop lagos and d yorubas in turn insult us anyhow because we troop into their land for greener pastures.
Biafra is not ripe yet. Have u seen ardent ipob and massob members, are they not mostly touts? We need ibo intellectuals and politicians to crave a way for biafra not touts. Until these set of people come together, biafra is still a reverie
u ibos need to be technical u don't fight fire with petrol DAT is what happens when u fight the hausas(government)with thugs.. Yorubas are independent thinkers u can get DAT from the national election, get u elite to talk some of them out but note u began to lose when u get violent right from the start because they will back off"because u might ended up saying u where betrayed" I love u bro.... Ibos use ur brain power, take care of ur hatred and try to be highly technical u can achieve dat
in fact to me Nigeria breaking up is the solution I know "ibos" and "Yoruba" are like Tom and Jerry they still be but the northerners will certainly suffer I see them as the inhibitors, ibos I beg u try to be more peaceful.God bless us
RomanceRe: Are Igbo Girls The Most Beautiful Girls In Nigeria? by eliteguy01(m): 2:33pm On Feb 24, 2017
I akure there are several pretty girls but despite dis u hardly see them organizing a beauty contest y? Most especially ondo state are not fun free but still prefer partying than one beauty contest I most confess I have never come across a professional Yoruba beauty pageant in akure,y? Mostly due to some funny moral,my sis friend joined she came back saying she quit because of dressing code,(2)they took pics in roundabout and parent where pitying the girls few weeks later the program pack off, this also happen in some parts of d tribe.. Now if the definition of beauty is far complexion then d ibos have it but if deals with certain facial features then it can go to any tribe in Nigeria in fact they can be d ugliest with their "mountain head",kembe structure.. Actually to me seriously d southerners looks very alike d different is complexion ibos dominate with fair skin over all if dat is wat u are trying to say nobody argues dat, though it doesn't mean dat some are not dark in ur side..
CelebritiesRe: Pix: Who's The Prettiest? Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Calabar Choose 1 by eliteguy01(m): 1:20pm On Feb 24, 2017
They are all beautiful. U see I have done several findings on dis trend from my environment I discovered DAT almost everybody in the south don't have a specific look.. I resemble an Ibo friend and I'm Yoruba to me calabar looks like Ibo.. But d different is DAT ibos and calabar are fairer Dan Yoruba and DAT is y dey always think they are prettier that doesn't mean d Yorubas are not fair but in ratio d ibos/calabar takes d lead due to a cooler environment and higher % of rainfall.. I have seen several ibos hyped on social media when I take a look at dem dey always look like a friend around me DAT I might not even notice is super beautiful but due to complexion they seems to get more attention even from afar this happen more Dan often.. So it's like dis if u look dark skinned and educated ladies go for d yorubas and if u like fair skinned ladies go for ibos/calabar and fulanis though DAT doesn't mean all Yorubas are dark but talking of majority and vice versa... I'm Yoruba I can date anybody most especially d lady DAT have being in d land for so long because I believe my pple on my land are always some inch better Dan others(culture, education, morals, simplicity, hospitality, gentility and peace)
PoliticsRe: Nigeria, Biafra And The Way Forward. by eliteguy01(m): 9:40pm On Feb 04, 2017
lawani:
When the British created Nigeria, it was three regions or states and the Lagos colony which sends an elected Rep to the Western assembly at Ibadan upon the inauguration of that assembly. The Western state, the East and the North. The North had the biggest territory and the most people comprising of the Hausa, the Kanuri, the Yoruba, the Igala, Idoma and many ethnic nations that were independent in the 19th century. The Fulani empire covered most of Hausa land save a few areas where some Habe rulers relocated to start new dynasties but those were far in between. Many Hausa fell into the French held Niger republic, part of the Kanem Bornu also fell to French held Chad. So their people are in those places while they are struggling with strange bed fellows like Igbos, Tiv, Yoruba and etc in Nigeria. This is part of the grudge of Boko Haram. So the North contained Hausas and Nupe in and outside the Fulani empire, then Kanuri in the Kanem Bornu, Yoruba in Ilorin, Jebba, Offa, Okun and etc, then Igala, Ebira, Bariba, Tiv, Idoma, Jukun and etc in their nation states. All of whom were independent and militarized as at the late 19th century. The Fulani empire was the largest and most populous and it was restricted to the majority of Hausa and Nupe lands. Nupe to the South of the Niger maintained independence, all Bariba, North, South of the Niger as well as in Benin republic also maintained independence but the whole place was unified as Northern Nigeria by Britain with the Hausa Fulani as the main group. Since human resources is everything, the North as one, came out tops. The West contained several independent Yoruba nations, Fon, Benin, Ishan, Urhobo, Ijaw, Igala, Itsekiri, Isoko and Igbos on the West side of the River Niger. It was an improvement on the efforts of Ibadan to unify the Yoruba, however, a chunk of the Yoruba and Bariba went to the North while the realms of Delta and Edo were added to the majority Yoruba region. The Fon area of Badagry was in the West as it remained an Oyo outpost after the rest of the Fon declared independence from Oyo. Some Yoruba land like Ajase which is Porto Novo also fell to the Fon then the French in Benin republic. The Fon failed in capturing Abeokuta. The East was majority Igbo, they got Efik, Ijaw, Annang and etc as bonus human resources. The main thing was human resources and land and in those, the North led by the Hausa Fulani got the lion share but they did not get all their people in West Africa together. Only the Igbo nearly managed that. The Yoruba controlled West was the smallest of the regions but the Yoruba are the number one ethnic group in Africa by numbers. Nigeria gained independence in 1960 and the Yoruba went into opposition. The new system of government required having an opposition party. In the past, the only party in Yoruba was the Ogboni. The Yoruba controlled West was the smallest region, yet the Igbo controlled East and Hausa Fulani controlled North engineered the breakup of the West via a referendum in 1963 with their NPC/NCNC coalition government. Thus the Midwest was created with the Western state under Chief Akintola embittered. Afterall, no one wants the concern they are managing to reduce, only to increase. Later the North and the East fell out with each other, leading to a coup and a countercoup which saw the Gen Gowon Northern led government splitting all the regions again by decree, save the Midwest. The Eastern minorities jubilated but the Eastern government responded by declaring an independent Republic of Biafra which led to a civil war which they lost. It is my believe that the split of the regions was inevitable, if the West was split, others had to be split too whether by decree or democratically. We must uphold the independence of ethnic nations formed thousands of years ago but nowadays Igbos are still asking for Biafra. In the 16th century. Benin was a Yoruba empire that covered parts of Anambra, Delta, Rivers and if you are a titled person or an indigene in all those places today, then your ancestors were not Igbos as at five hundred years ago. They were Yoruba people whose capital was Benin but due to intermarriages, trade and interraction, you are now Igbos. This is why Igbos have no unified account of origin. Many recently became Igbos a few generations back. So let Igbos take the people they are lucky to have in the South East and South South and forget about Biafra, as Calabar, Efik, Annang, Ijaws and etc are clearly not Igbos. The Yoruba can not claim Igala today despite that they are a Yoruba people complete with an ancient Ife on Igala land but they are now a separate nation. We can only claim our people in Kwara, Kogi, Niger states, then Benin republic and Togo. Not Igalas. No matter how hard Igbos try, non Igbos who dont even speak Igbo can not be turned to Igbos by them easily. You can only ally with them just like you ally with others like Hausas and Yorubas unless they agree to come under the Igbo language sphere.
now I know why most of my Ibo friends who have being in Yoruba land are not always an inch different from us not even with look only DAT they always have a higher ratio of fair people than us...

. let Ibo and Yoruba form a nation together let the hausas go.. We are both facing the same problem,we are both in the awww of the uneducated people dominating us due to man power, they isn't a single aspect where you will find a Yoruba man when u won't see an Ibo man vice versa.. They have eaten deep into each other I can't stop thinking about how funny it will to see the two splitting because I have never heard of a Yoruba man molested in an Ibo land same thing happens hear in fact u won't recognize them not until they speak or u guessed because ibos can be fairer but it always fail again. I strongly believe we love to insult ourselves on social media but no single record of conflict have been recorded over 40yrs ago and not even a single fight over this topic on the street even though we live together... If u want biafra I support it pls don't use thug go through protocol invite the Yoruba leaders then the 2 tribes will form the majority.. But pls everybody let reform ourselves let cry over all our corrupt way and turn a new life, this goes for all of us..
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Why We Must Find A Lasting Economic Solution by eliteguy01(m): 8:24pm On Feb 04, 2017
ariesbull:
Biafra, has turned out to be that proverbial bee that has perches at the Nigeria's scrotum. Allow the bee,it stings the hell out of the scrotum and kill the bee, it hurts the scrotum. This is the position of Biafra . Orchestrated by the "kid " in the block , Nnamdi Kanu. Biafra also has presented a case how the negroid or black man will govern himself without resorting to brute. Some analyst say that Biafra will display the level of logicality in the average Blackman's mind.

Nigeria noted to be the biggest black country globally, Biafra will present to the global community how the Blackman reasons either with his gun or with his brains. And the Blackman has sufficiently demonstrated to the world that he prefers reasoning with latter than the former. " We will kill everything that walks " quoted Benjamin Adekunle, during the first Biafra war about half a century ago. And he did exactly that, killed many and he was given badge if honours, decorated and a Street named after him in Lagos. Though he later died a sad and unfulfilled man. That's how the Blackman has come to reason.

Then came Nnamdi Kanu, ignored by former adminstration and made popular and a legend by present administration. An international report but it this way.

"Until recently, Kanu was politely ignored  by the outside world. To many Igbos, he was  at best an expat dreamer, at worst a rabble- rousing shock jock. Then, after years in which nobody took him seriously, the Nigerian  government did just that. During a visit to Nigeria 15 months ago, he was arrested by its feared Department of State Security at a hotel in Lagos," The Telegraph London

This new emergence of Biafra ( not as if the ideology died, it didn't die ) can be attributed to a culmination of isolationist acts Nigeria has dished (full course) to the Igbo which can be seen from political , infrastructural to and otherwise. Today's Biafrans must have studied the methodology that their fathers used and improved on it. And this methods seems to be working and the world have taken notice of it.

"Angered by the massacre of tens of thousands of Igbos in the Muslim-dominated north,  Biafra formed its own army, produced its own currency, and declared independence.  The Igbos, who often describe themselves as the ‘Jews of Africa’, wanted their own Israel. They got something closer to holocaust." The Telegraph London

In the words of international observer ,Colin Freeman he captured the essence of Biafra and Nnamdi Kanu road to legend and martyrdom. Presently even deified by the Nigeria government,he said

"It has been nearly 50 years since Biafra’s bitter independence struggle, the inspiration for  Frederick Forsyth’s bestselling The Dogs of War. Now a south London DJ  currently imprisoned in Nigeria has taken up the battle, and Biafrans are once again fighting  – and dying – for the dream of their own country"

The new found love for Biafra by the people of Igbo descent and their southern cousin in Nigeria Delta States have reached a crescendo that the Nigerians federal government can't afford to ignore and at the same time must find a lasting solution. The lasting solution has always been within their grips but they prefer looking for it on the mountain top. A clear case of not thinking outside the box. One of the characteristics of the African leadership. Just like the carpenter where every problem can be solved with a hammer the African government solves everything with brute and force. There can be a clear departure from this and the Biafra issue can be solved seamlessly and simply via economic means .

Well, rumours have been peddled that the Nigerian government is thinking of of allowing the five Igbo states go, though not ascertained . But, if the this is to be true! Then it will be a mistake. The Igbo are knowns to have this "igwe bu Ike mentality " a principle of carry your brother along. I don't think that the anioma man will be okay staying in his own or comfortable with another tribe rather than his own siblings the Igbo. The same goes with the Rivers state Igbo. So the solution isn't this. Nigeria as a country has solutions and there is no need to be petrified or develop phobia for Biafra .

Biafra is hinged on our ability as a race to solve our internal problem maturedly. Though, we must agreed that African countries with exception of Ethiopia are white man creations. We lacked the capacity then to either form our countries or govern ourselves . We were created and colonised by the whites but today Nigeria must use this biafr to demonstrate that African man has evolved. Nigeria must demonstrate that African man can solve some political issues without killing. Nigeria must demonstrate that Biafra agitation can be solved via dialogue and not on battle Field. The whole world is looking at Nigeria. The whole world is asking , why is the Blackman like this ? Nigeria shouldn't give the world the answers they want.

Economic model that can be used to settle these agitation is simple. It boils down to what has been said all these while. Regionalism! It's as simple as that. Let the Igbo and the whole Igbo speaking tribes come together and have their region where a greater degree if autonomy is given to them. Something akin to confederation or full federation. They will decide in their own type of democratic process, their own flag, anthem, even police . The education and judiciary system can be decided by the region. They will run their own internal affairs to a greater degree and pay a stipend to government at centre but will use Nigerian passport and be defended by the Nigerian army. Most of the united countries of the world like the UAE, USA, Canada and even Malaysia run this system. They allow the regions to take their decision and have their internal control mechanism intact. This same goes to every region . Regions should be created according to cultural and ideological beliefs. Then make the centre very weak. The presidency should be rotated and also made powerless . The role of the presidency should be ceremonial while power rest on the region. The presidency ,though ceremonial must be rotated amongst the few regions.

This would have been the best bet for the country ,but will the love of oil and the docility if the North allow the country to take this common sense approach? Time will tell.

Another harsh option is dissolution. It takes guts to do this but shows maturity. The country can have a bilateral trade agreement between the seceding state. The Biafra can be a client state of Nigeria the way Costa Rica is to USA and Hong Kong to China or Gilbertar to Britain. An arrangement if this kind can be put in place . Agreement will be in visa systems, work and business permits and others. When such agreement are made, there is no need to fret over the issue of Biafra. Because, t just simply means a change of name but not a change of brotherhood or friendship. The agitating and the administrating parties must also look at this options. Ireland isn't a part of the Britain doesn't make Irish enemies bro English. They still maintain that oneness and brotherliness. Nigeria must learn from their colonial masters .

The Biafra issue, to me isn't what should give Nigeria headache unless she sees it as so. There is always a way out of seemingly quagmire only if people can look within and factor a way out. The emergence of Biafra or not shouldn't be seen as a do or die venture. But should be see as an evolutionary trend in the way Blackman reasons. He(Biafran) wants to define his destiny and this must be encouraged. One of the argument that the Biafrans are putting is to redraw the map of Africa that was drawn for African without their consent. And a cursory look at this narrative, they shouldn't be faulted but negotiate

Hello Nigerian pls I'm begging you for Christ sake endeavor to read this article, I have being thinking of this for the past 6months now I see a person who think similarly... Talking on fair girl.. Actually I don't fancy girl dat much and one way or d other I always ave some opportunity used or mostly wasted because I'm quite lucky with girl bt dere is a girl is BEAutiful and I knw bt all of a sudden I kept aving series of excuses then bt actually it is because I saw a Fair girl who look almost like her with Perfect status, boobs, pointed nose, thin lips, gud head shape and nice eyeball and look better dan her. Though I'm fair bt I always say if u are beautiful u are bt dz time it change almost alike bt 1 out shine d other due to complexion. I'm slightly fair bt I discover after leaving d sun I always look like someone else because of darken action and stress. As an ugly girl fair complexion will help u hide some things and seldom show ur flaws I also depends on ur look bt mostly improves ur appearance. So it like dz for dark girl loving guys u will go with yorubas and fair girl loving girl u will go with ibos. Mind u dat doesn't mean ibos don't ave dark and yorubas don't ave fair bt will are talking ratio in each. Try dz endeavour to compare yorubas to ibos den u will certainly feel some similarities bt don't use small children
RomanceRe: Igbo Girls And Women Are Still The Most Beautiful In Nigeria by eliteguy01(m): 10:35pm On Dec 16, 2016
I always want Nigeria to divide into two 1 hausa(north)( 2)ibos and yorubas{south} as a result of dz I kept observing ibos and yorubas similarities now I saw a very yellowish woman and a very fair girl den I predicted dat d woman will b ibos and d girl will be yoruba Bt guess what I missed it. D woman is a yoruba and d girl from imo{ibo}. Both for boys and girls u can never say ibos are d prettiest. For an ibo girl to be gud looking she most not look to ibotic I.e fairly yorubaish. In my SSS I discovered d most looking guys in my schl are all yorubas bt it change in another set wen some ibo guys make the list. For complexion ibos to yoruba fair complexion is. Actually 6:4 bt dat doesn't mean they are d prettiest and again most rated ibos are from nollywood and ibos dominated d english nollywood. Let us compare and contrast ibos in nollywood to yorubas u will certainly discovered that you are wrong, I ave seen several yorubas in yoruba films that will certainly shutdown ur entire ibo queen dynasty. In my vicinity we also have ibos and yoruba the yorubas ave the upper hand because at times the ibos always look too fair or have a funny head, bony structure and lastly for dem to look beautiful they always ave a simple look like the Yoruba counterpart bt less I forget the fulanis or hausas are also go looking bt they are nt civilized, not fashionable bt mind u a wealthy hausa girl can be a jaw breaking damsel like the likes of Buhari's wife, daughter and I have seen several like dat once the money is there, u are can even try it jst do it by comparing any of ur woman in power with D first lady, believe me I have nt seen an ibo woman in power who is that good looking nt even madueke BT u knw what they still remain the less beautiful due to lack of mental civilization. Pls try to watch some yoruba girl u will certainly be convinced. Conclusively ur beauty is directly proportion to ur wealth. I.e the richer ur u are d prettier u can be Bt note it's nt a law bt a theory, nt perfectly correct bt it is correct.

U are fair doesn't make u to be very attractive. I'm going against people saying ibos are bleachers yes the bleach including the yorubas bt ibos ave a d highest % of fair girl in Nigeria and most pple that always use lightening creams are always does wu are light and want to keep maintaining or getting faire because the dark will be Darker and d light will be lighted . Jst d same way d poor will b poorer and d rich will be richer

Pple sympathize wen dey see a naturally fair girl getting dark bt get angry wen the say a dark girl getting an inch light wich at times can be due to change of environment WHY?I fair girl leaves close to me her father is fair and he was evn said to b called AFIN in his youthful days her mother is averagely Fair bt while she was a young she was dark and now she is fair and it was more dan perfect bt her knuckles was d only different she have 2 sis who are dark and a very fair bro they all use d same body cream NOTE I'm very used to dem and I got confused because he bro knuckles is very fair if nt white. Things at times might not be d way u ave perceive it to be

Did u expect me to agree dat all does Men bleach? when u are wealthy and stay more indoor if u are even dark naturally u will experience some changes because melani is triggered by UV ray wich increÀse tanning I.e skin darkening
HealthRe: Side Effects Of Skin Bleaching by eliteguy01(m): 9:20pm On Dec 13, 2016
Pertaining bleaching guys no rubbish saying all I need is ur comment. When I was a child I was fair bt my parents are dark bt I have yellowish paternal relatives. Wen my kid bro was given birth to he was exceedingly fair as a result of dis we began to use COCOA BUTTER and later got dark and had a rash me as a young boy dnt knw d different bt whenever I travel for holiday I always come home fair. As a result of ds our Family cream was changed to SKIN LIGHT I hope u knw it's not a bleaching cream. Within weeks I began to change bt only me changed infact to my surprise me bro remain unchanged including me dark sis,why did we change our cream it's because of me I always ave a rough face rashes from jan-december . To confirm if skin light bleach I asked pple using d cream dey all said it a normal cream for skin. NOW after dz I noticed dz my face and my chest is more fairer dan my body and I got confused. Den I stop using d cream for my face and base it majorly on other part bt my face retain d complexion bt my hands still don't meet up despite d ratio 12day-3days. Then I began to observed myself more I noticed some differences no1 I'm a fast learner bt a slow reader 2 I can b very cool and very active 3 I think up and down. I also noted dat I ave more pimples on one part of my face dan d other I means seriously and again more hair in one part dan other bt an upright and a sound physique. I believed in myself I don't see any reason y I suld bleach bt now I'm confused cus I knw some girls who are dark bt now very light I got hellish anger when I see dem trying to judge me because of my complexion now I'm thinking of lightening up my whole complexion nd I also noticed dz my sis is dark facially bt ave a very!!! Fair stomach and averagely fair legs bt nobody sees her. U knw wat d darker I get d rougher my face get nw my face is full of pimple I don't knw wat to do because I knw my face will surely get super light if I try to cure with tube. Tell me if u are me Don't be controversial will u bleach d other part or not? I'm still thinking I can't be maintaining d complexion again,I'm into science I know certain things that hurt and how it works. BT I STILL NEED UR COMMENT
