I wont give specific example but will give you an Idea.

There are 2keywords that can be an upgrade to existing 3keywords eg BlueOga in king
This can be an upgrade to

Bluoga
Blue-oga
myblueoga
theblueoga

Then there are times that Blueoga in king will be available for registration and a simple search will show that it is registered in other extensions. you can then outbound to those existing companies with other extensions.

The Big Question ?
Why will Blueoga in king be available for registration when it is existing in order extensions? Several reasons, The owner probably forgot to renew or the name was allowed to drop. sometimes the previous owner set a very high amount and Endusers lost interest. so the owner had to let the name go after holding it for long.

Sometimes when you outbound with a very high price, it can be a turn off for endusers and they will never respond again even if you offer the name for $100.

PS: For Newbies, in king means dotcom.

Some don't really know the value of the names they hold. Patience is very important if you must succeed in domaining.
Just last month, I still rejected an offer of $1000 for a domain. I insisted on $2499 and I still revoked the offer cos I feel the name is worth more. I currently list it at $3999.

You're free from all human and web designers' encumbrances. You'll never pay any designer to do website or blog design for you. They are a pain in the ass from this clime.

Abroad, service providers are more honest than here. I'm always scared dealing with artisans like mechanics, etc. They want to eat more than the service they provide. I avoid them where I can.

What I deduced from my reading so far

Park - It means, try as much as possible to get a unique domain that could be bought at a cheaper rate and sell at a higher rate. The domain can be checked on godadddy, www.ionos.com and others for availability.

List- After registering on the any of the above site v to get the domain, you decide on a price to sell. It can be sold on godaddy, sedo, afternic etc

Contact end users- There is a letter you can send to the end users to inform them on availability of the domain.

My trial
With the little information gathered, I have tried getting a domain and registered. abracadabra.com. I have put it for sale on sedo and afternic.

It is just my trial, I am ready to learn more.

Please, how do I get the sample of the letter to end users.

That's why I'm using my time to study brandables, building a SH portfolio, soon I'll focus BB when i hit a steady Number of SH names. I'll continue Geos but i know with time I'll have to eventuarry deviate from it cos I'll definitely be occupied considering I'm a medical student. I am not too familiar with SEDO. But I know both SEDO and NAMEJET are great marketplaces / Landers. Haykay2005 has had several success stories using Namejet.
Ever since I lost about 2 huge sales because of DAN payment early this year, I have stopped putting price on the domains I list on DAN.
I always leave my DAN domains to Make offer. By this, after agreeing with the buyer and he refuses to pay, I know that he is likely to be having payment issue. If I wait for 2 days without payment, then, I change my nameservers to EPIK. And most of the time, they end up paying.
If the DAN payment issue continues till the end of the year, I may consider moving all my domains to SEDO / NAMEJET
