I live in Canada and I can tell you most Americans in 2025 do not own their house. Most Americans are paying student loans, others have mortgages and huge credit card debts that runs into 100k+. Don't let me start with the homeless junkies and druggies.
And yeah Canada is worse.
Let him continue to lie. All the rental apartments are occupied by ghosts.

The damages done by Nnamdi Kanu in South East would take years to correct
Nnamdi Kanu is just as guilty as those who encouraged him financially and supported him online.
Is it now clear who is doing the killing or are we going to blame it on DSS?

Average wealth per PERSON means alot. I don't agree with the numbers though
What is average wealth to millions of Americans who will never hold $20000 cash in their entire life?
Average wealth would mean something if the gap between the rich and the poor wasn't so big.

Nigeria must not be on the wrong side of history. We should not be a silent witness to genocide no matter the cost.
The world was not silent when the NAZIS did the same thing.
Politics › Re: Top 15 Countries By Average Wealth Per Person In 2025 by ElSudani: 2:07pm On Aug 25, 2025
Average wealth means nothing. Only a tiny percentage of Americans for example are considered rich.
There are rich and poor people in every country on the planet.
Celebrities › Re: Davido Celebrates As Billionaire Father Acquires Third Private Jet by ElSudani: 8:11am On Aug 25, 2025
Jakumo:
There is wild exultant jubilation all over the land in Nigeria on this glorious day, as this exciting news breaks. Many of us wealth-worshippers had spent sleepless nights wondering whether this billionaire gentleman would upgrade his fleet of private jets by adding another magnificent third bird to the fleet.

Now, at long last, the good news that we had all been awaiting with baited breath has been released, meaning that our worries about there being only two jets in the fleet, can finally be put to rest.

The public can rest assured that no cost has been spared in the purchase of this magnificent flying status symbol, and that only the finest gold plate has been selected by skilled craftsmen to beautify all fixtures aboard this technological wonder, from the flight controls and door handles, right down to the finest details of the cabin décor, including the galley and bathroom sinks, for good measure.

In this day and age, no self-respecting billionaire should settle for traveling first class on any commercial airliner, because such a departure from protocol would mean that a man of great wealth could find himself being photographed lining up among for boarding along with lowly peasants who make up the rabble of society. By acquiring a third jet, of which an additional four luxury airplanes MUST be added as soon as possible, observers can rest assured that the natural order of things has been preserved, with the optimistic expectation that eventually, a separate jet will be on standby for travel every single say of the week, Sunday included.

God bless Antarctica.
Hehehehe, one for every day of the week! Lmao.

Omo, how do you guys reason?
Your president was in a country for an internationally attended event, yet yor showcase booth was EMPTY!!!!!

Yet, you are saying it's trivial?
Are you kidding me?

Private citizens had to stand in while the folks who were probably paid to represent were out gallivanting like your president.

Please be objective. Call a spade a spade, and not an agricultural instrument.
It is absolutely trivia. Investors are not stupid, nobody puts his money anywhere because you have a nice booth at a fair.
Investors are smart people they would rather get a consulting company to do analysis for them than base their decision on your beautiful booth.

My friend from Equitoria Guinea was telling me that why is everything about Nigeria not good that seeing how Nigerians are working as slaves in their country is very surprising…it’s just so painful that some fools are still losing their future of their kids supporting lies and propaganda
What is actually surprising is the weird phenomenon of some Nigerians who would readily do many jobs abroad that they wouldn't do in Nigeria.

Is the president there? Is he going to engage with investors directly?
This is high level engagement with the potential for more success than a fine booth.

Anf you wonder nobody , not even one single world leader takes tinubu government serious .

Just imagine this national and Continental disgrace.

And the money spent on this trip and estacode by this criminal terrorist politicians lead by tinubu is enough to build a world class hospital for Nigerians.
You are all making a mountain out of a mole hill. If Nigeria had a beautiful stand with people and everything, folks like you will still criticize it as waste of money while everyone in your village is now dead due to hunger.
This is a non issue being blown out of proportion. It is ridiculous.

alexconddy072:
The recent criticism regarding Nigeria's participation at the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) focuses on a superficial metric—booth occupancy—while completely ignoring the monumental, substantive steps the current government is taking to stabilise and fundamentally reshape the Nigerian economy for long-term growth. Judging a country's economic potential or government's efforts by trade show aesthetics is a profound error in analysis.
The true story is not at a booth in Japan; it is in the courageous policy reforms being implemented at home.
The current economic challenges are real and are felt by every Nigerian. However, they are largely the inevitable short-term consequences of correcting deep-seated structural flaws that have plagued the economy for over 30 years.
The assertion that "empty booths" signify a failing nation is a shallow take. It ignores the courageous, necessary, and painful surgery being performed to heal the patient. The previous approach of maintaining a beautiful facade (a subsidized exchange rate and fuel price) while the internal organs of the economy were failing was unsustainable.
The true measure of this government's effort is not in a momentary snapshot at a conference, but in the fundamental policy shifts designed to build a transparent, market-driven, and competitive economy that will attract serious investment for decades to come. The path to stability is difficult, but it is being charted with a clarity of purpose not seen in many years. Judging this journey by the decorations on the path is a mistake. The focus should be on the destination.
Real Nigerians understand what you are saying. The recent elections stand as a testament for this. Let the usual suspects focus on what they know how to do.....noise making.

Please tell why we have airplane modes on our phones?
Phone manufacturers don't fly planes or work in the control towers.
Switch off your phone for about half an hour is not too much.

Hedonisco:
I have never switched off and never will. I simply tuck my phone away in my pocket when the flight is about to take off, recline into my seat, and think about my life for the next hour or so until the plane lands, that's it.
You only need to switch it off during take off and landing.

Pick your fights! It is not every fight you get into.
This stupid government should be making it easy for Americans to come here and spend their money.
Unlike Nigerians going to US, they don't come to make Naira. They come here to spend money!
I bet you are one of the folks who believe Zelensky should have surrendered his country to Russia.
So, Nigeria should be groveling because we need Americans to come to Nigeria?
It is not everything you need to criticize.
