Amanee:

Did the accommodation state the duration of when she'll be staying there?

Yes, it says that she'll be there till the end of her first year, which is in June. I think our issue is that she needs an updated one, but the school wants us to wait till the end of may before they give her an updated letter. Is there any alternative to a dorm?

Sorry bro. Please can you let us know the documents you submitted and how much you had in your credit card and payslip

We used a letter of employment and payslips, the payslips have about 1.6 million per month on the payslip. They did not check that we have insufficient funds.
For the school, we submitted her acceptance letter, confirmation of fee payment and confirmation of acceptance into residence with first semester paid. The issue is that this is our second application and the accommodation documents we issues last September. We think that might be the issue.

Good day People,

We just received a visa rejection from Poland, they say that we have not justified our purpose and conditions of intended stay, but we submitted the acceptance letters from my sister's school and a letter saying that she has paid accommodation. She has been attending classes online since last October and we have paid fees for last semester and this current semester. Is there anyone that has appealed for this reason and gotten the visa after? I would appreciate your help

Thanks!

Hello good people, I have a question regarding sponsorship letters and employment letters from outside Nigeria. I plan on writing the letter and having it notarized here (Canada) and mailing it to Nigeria. Will a simple notarization from a notary public here work or so I have to authenticate the letter too.
Thanks!

How old can your sponsor letters be for the embassy. I have a sponsor and employment letter that I sent to Nigeria in December, but getting visa appointment has been an issue. We're planning to get one using someone at the embassy next week. Will they accept sponsor letters from end of december?

Thanks!

The actually do not need Employment Letter.

What the Embassy wants is the Employment Certificate and Payslips of 3 Months, with the sponsors ID Card.

And yes, you can attach a letter explaining your plight as regards not getting the handwritten signature due to COVID19 restrictions at work. Give it a shot

OR

Better still use another Sponsor with handwritten signature on the documents. Simple

I have my employment letter and sponsor letter with physical signatures, but I'm currently in Canada and I mailed it to them late December. But we've been having problems getting appointments and we're worried that when we get one they'll start saying that those letters are too old.

Do you have any advice for how we can navigate this? He has one that was signed physically but it's from a year ago. Can we submit both that one and this e-signature one. Or Can we attach a letter explaining the situation?

Wazzaowner:

nope, her application would be denied if she uses it.

Good Morning people,

Pls I have a question about employment letters. My sister's sponsor works for shell and currently they're doing work from home, so the employment letter they gave him has an e-signature from his employer. Would that count as an original copy if we submit it? Will they have any isses with it?

Thanks

Good Morning,

We're preparing to call for a visa appointment, but my sister heard that one of her classmates notarized all her documents and got her visa. But the only thing, to our knowledge, that you have to notarize is the sponsor letter and parental consent letter. Has anyone gotten a visa without a notarized employment letter and pay slips?

Thanks!

PimpinPips:

For how long have you tried to book one by phoning in, please?
I ask cos sometimes persistence pays. If you can afford the weekly waiting, I would encourage you to come up with a different strategy to make sure your call connects (needless to say, my own strategy failed woefully grin ).
My help entails linking you with the person that booked for me and few others here. He isn't cheap.

Pls could you link me to this person as well

Hi, we're currently trying to get my sister a study visa to Poland. She's currently taking her classes online due to COVID. We applied earlier in November, but we got rejected on the grounds that we did not submit the original of my sponsor letter. I live in Canada so I wasn't able to send the physical copies. We're applying again and I was able to mail my sponsor letter, proof of employment letter and pay stubs to them through DHL. I'm just wondering if they have an issue with sponsors that are not in Nigeria or if they'll start questioning whether the latter's are original or not. Has anyone else done this with a sponsor who isn't in Nigeria?
