This is my candid advice, invest the money in a business u can manage or go for an investment u r sure will continue to bring in income for @ least 10 - 15 yrs. Then use d proceeds to build a house, while d investment still brings in profit. Although u need to b financially disciplined to keep ur target in view.

Nff after a prolonged hide and seek finally renews Steohen Keshi's contract as super eagles coach. Under the new contract he is to earn N5 million naira and work under supervision of the technical committee of the NFF. Details of the contract will be made known later.

It is a great mistake to consider any course inferior or having less employment opportunities than others. All courses r important. It is a matter of the VALUE u can add to ur course of study through problem solving by providing solutions to someone's challenge that makes u employable - self or paid.

i share ur sentiments but that may not b d solution because we sgill av some very good players in d team. i thinl Keshi should stop favouritism though he may claim he believes in their abilities to turn things round. Rather he should base his selection on preswnt form and ability. I dont believe he is technically deficient but only allows his emotions to overide his choices. We may still qualify anyway though slim.

Why was d sch estd when there were no funds to develop it or were the funds embezzled ? Oshiomole might not av bn d originator of these ugly sights , what has he done to salvage d situatn. why did d indigenes allow PDP to rule them for 10 yrs when things were dat bad under their reign . I wonder why people are being myopic in this issue. We have failed to realisethat none of our players is a super star the best SE's player @ present is Enyeama. The players have scores within themselves which comes to bare even on the pitch. How mu h can a coach do in this situation. It took Westerhoff 5 yrs to build d best team we ever had; USA '94.

I have always wondered why nigerians are always quick to pull fellow countrymen down and would condone far more from non-nigerians. If Keshi were to be a foreigner i sure these people would have given him excuses.
No matter how talented,gifted or skillful you are ,indiscipline will mar your abilities. Could Uche have said that to his club coach ?
i believe there is more to playing in a team than personal skills of a player.
I am one of the few nigerians who believe in Keshi. He is in charge and should take charge.

Nowadays, ladies are stlylisly rejecting all the work God ordained them to be doing, I want to ask the ladies, Is Sex the only thing of making up for a relationship? Marriage elements r not meant 4 courtship simply because they r diffrerent stages. It is not d right of any man in courtship to demand cooking 4m his lady in courtship. If d lady does it @ will from her place, FINE. But then, why would a lady put herself in marriage before marrriage ? Ladies need to know that what thrills a man is d HIDDEN TREASURE in them.

With our new recreated human spirit, we are love beings having the nature of God which is love. Hence, jealously is not in our nature. However, if one is tempted with jealousy, you better rebuke it and confess your love nature immediately.
God's holiness is not deniable and HIS faithfulness is not negotiable.

Based on good financial discipline your rent should NOT be more than 10% of your income. While feeding should NOT be more than 30%. Remember other important aspects like transport, education and health are still pending.

In as much as it's a healthy practice to have a good sleep, I think 8 hrs a day is on the high side.

If I sleep 8 hrs a day which is one-third of d whole day, by the age of sixty (60) yrs I would have slept for whole twenty (20) yrs. Lord have mercy ! That is the least considering d fact that when i was a younger, I used to sleep for longer hrs.

There are so many things competing for the remaining forty (40) yrs. How many yrs would I have spent praying, studying the word of God. How about education, career, family, socials, sports e.t.c.

I recommend five (5) hrs of sound sleep for the deligent. Sleep only helps in revitalising, so don't over do it.

4. Be a good user of dictionary, do not be too sure and/or lazy to look up the meaning of words and their usage.
5.Then make sure you use these words in sentences with your "kinsmen" so as not to forget.
6. Make it a point of duty to learn a new word and its usage per day. In thirty days you would have learnt thirty new words.
7.Do not be in a hurry, excite yourself with each new word usage.

Gr8 write up, a child psychologist wouldn't av done better,if u r not one. It is so painful d stress kids r put to these days by d parents all in d name of education. The kids r so engaged all in d name of keeping them busy so much that they don't even av time to review their school work. The schools aren't helping matters, play grounds seems to av disappeared from ur schools these days, little wonder we don't even perform well as a nation in sporting activities. I am very sure that growth should involve every aspect of a being. How come our teachers and school administrators who taught us these things r guilty of this. Government should mandate all schools to av their own play grounds big enough as a standard football pitch. Parents should allow their kids' brain rest and rejuvenate through creative sporting activities which helps kids build and cultivate d habit of good decision making.

How do u access someone's tactical and technical depth without coaching experience or record ?

mikeansy: Stephen Keshi is asking for a pay rise after achieving what in Brazil if I may ask? We did not win any match convincingly in Brazil.

After the experience of taking the likes of Mohamed Gambo to confederation cup you will think Keshi has learnt not to experiment on players for the first time at major tournaments and I was one of those who championed that Keshi should be given a free hand.

Well Keshi was given a free hand and some key players in the afcon squad who also were part of the qualifiers were left out for new players!

Why did we list 8 defenders 6 off which are traditional center backs?

Why did Keshi take 5 midfielders, 2 regulars and 3 rookies. Ok Babatunde turned out alright but should we be testing players at the World Cup? Ramon Azeez was simply too nervous to be taken, Rueben had not played up to 10 competitive football for 2 years. These are facts Keshi could have established before camping and he did not require 3 weeks of camping to know these! Sunday Mba would have given us a back up to Babatunde at least but Uchebo was taken instead and when the time came Keshi was no longer confident to play Uchebo. Why were Igiebor and Ogude not in the squad at least?

These are the poor decisions which Keshi made ahead of Brazil. I for one will hope Keshi carry on for continuity and stability but he must eat the humble pie and accept that he made too many wrong decisions and did not do his homework well. This is not time for Keshi to bully everyone with talk about more money or terms and condition of his contract because he simply did not cover himself in glory at Brazil.

For god sake Onazi got injured and we had no credible response from the bench and that's the basic reason we lost to an average French side!

Keshi needs to calm down and learn his trade more and improve. And yes he is the most successful Nigerian coach as the records show I still don't believe that he is the best tactical coach we can produce at this moment! Filipe scolari is a World Cup winner and former Chelsea coach, is he more tactically sound than roberto Martinez at Everton? I will say no!

Sunday Oliseh may have no experience but he has a more tactical mind than Keshi.

I like what Keshi is doing encouraging home based players and giving the young ones a chance but major tournaments like the World Cup is not the place for 1st time experiments!
Except may be we have other agenda other than attempting to win the World Cup!

If Keshi can not calm down and do his job within the remits provided in his previous contract then he can move on let NFF appoint another Nigerian! What we learnt in Brazil is if you give Keshi a free hand he can become reckless.
