First off, this award goes beyond chartered accounting. It involves offering technical assistance to MSMEs. There are very few firms as qualified as PwC to do that.

Also, PwC Nigeria is indigenous, the name is the brand but the firm is indigenous. Each firm works independently of the other, even though they pool from the same resources.

In other words no truely indegeneous firm that would not repatriate its income overseas can offer such technical assistance?
