I can relate, This happened to me in 2020 but I am healed now
Things I did
1. Eat fruits ( banana, watermelon, and apple) regularly
2. Add more vegetables to your diets
3. Perform less stressful exercise
4. Don't think about your problem and stop being anxious ( Anxiety is a major cost of High BP for young adult). Manage ur Anxiety
5. Go out and have fun, don't worry about you problem
6. Get a BP monitor and develop a pattern for checking your BP ( from every day to , every week t,o once a month and so on)
7. If you feel that your BP is getting better over a period of time, reduce the rate you take BP drug until you stop taking it.

That is how I fixed myself, for over 1 year I have not taken the drug

I experienced this last year, you problem is mostly panic attack and stress, stop using Google to diagnose yourself it leads to more fears.
How I fixed mine was
1. Eat good food with lots of fruits and vegetables
2. Take your mind off by watching movies and comedy
3. Do regular exercise about 10 - 20 min, don't over do it, you can stop any time you don't feel well
4. Just pray before you sleep, it helps alot
5 Always have a good rest

With the oil price selling below $40/b . Our only source of foreign income is getting smaller ,leading to rise in dollar. From my thorough assessment , I can say oil price will stay low throughout 2016 , most a oil producing nation are diversifying their economy . I read a news article where the king of Saudi Arabia order his economy minister to prepare for diversification of their economy away from oil. It is high time we fellow suit and look away from oil. it is not too late , the earlier we start diversifying the better for us in this country . We need to stop being a consuming nation and start being a producing nation, where the Nigerian made from product will be on our table ,shelves,supermarkets ,online store e.t.c.
