I am thinking of starting a beauty saloon for both male and female, now the question is, how do I go about getting capable hands to join me in achieving this dream? And what and what will I be needing?

My baby of 4 years, suddenly starts having issues with hearing. I'll have to scream every word, thought it was just stubbornness, but then I noticed, he would rather turn the other ear, to hear you. Went to the doctor's who gave ointments to bring out wax, nothing came out, another suggested flushing, I did too, but the problem now the problem seems to have gotten worse after the flushing. You'll talk and talk, yet he won't hear, till he comes very close to your mouth....
Please Healthlanders, I need your urgent assistance on what next to do. Can't let him go deaf please.
