I searched for admission in France, China and Malaysia in 2020, France couldn't give me admission cause most schools want you to go through campus France which involves a lots of funds as I was not working, Malaysia couldn't give me admission because my curriculum in Nigeria didn't match the course I wanted to study. China gave me admission for 2020/2021 session, I got my award letter and proceded for Visa Application then came the Coronavirus and there was no entry to China in 2020.

It is well bro.
I wish they could offer you the option of UK schools. Easier and better for post graduation life

Those ones are meant for the Elites, I was awarded for Germany in 2019 but got rejected by DAAD. Wanted to change to UK but those Staff that's full of Nepotism only brought France, Malaysia and China for me. PTDF is not organized at all.

If you attend Liverpool uni or Nottingham uni in the UK, you'll get UK stipend.
If you attend Liverpool or Nottingham uni in china, you'll get china stipend.
Stipend is living expenses and is determined by the country of study not school.

58k is too poor. NRC gets paltry salary, I used to think it was NRC alone under transportation.
The imbalance is too much. Look at NPA, NIMASA and the shippers council, they earn well.
Try and confirm before anything please

Yes he can apply for admission into other courses in other Schools but the school must be on the list of schools approved by the fund.

I have seen scholars studied in US & Canada with PTDF funds. But I don't know if these scholars had some internal officials that helped them.

In the past, scholars were sent to the US. But not recently. The partnership now is with UK, Germany France china and malaysia.
