Highest you keep going to the office for a week, you will see him if you persist. Life is not ready to give you easy , you have to take it by yourself. Better to try and fail than not try at all.

I want to clear the air on some DG, MDs, and CEOs of Government Agencies who some of us said are not helping strangers.

see guys we have to be sincere with ourselves. These guys have lot of people disturbing them for Jobs. These guys have people from there Local Government, personal friends, families and even high profile people who disturb them for Jobs. Even those working in those agencies are not left out. it's not as if these guys don't want to help, but there are lots of people disturbing them for Jobs. Most times DGs only recruit maybe two times in a 4 year tenure and might not take up to 350 people. lots of people depends on them too for Jobs. it will only be a miracle for them to help a stranger who just call them on phone. Getting approval for replacement is not that easy, some DGs have to even bribe their ways for their recruitment approval. So don't blame anyone for not helping you.

Forget about NCC EVC's statement, the same statement he has been saying for the past 3years. He even called me after reading one of the series of my heart touching text messages telling me stories and preaching to me about embargo on employment but never new I saw APLs with people. I even have some informants in that their headquarters. Danbatta telling me to go and learn hand work, I don't know how many of his children are learning hand work! Could you believes a head of an agency like NCC telling me giving work is above his power? I have similar experience.... I stopped contacting him in 2020. After they employed 300 people but he was still using embargo as excuse. I think many of these men don't care about your story. Them no send anybody.
I had another experience with the former ES of Shipper's Council. He was a nice guy to be honest. We had good conversation. He promised me job in April last year but Omo... Here we are.
I think these people only listen to influential people. If you like be unemployed for 10yrs. They don't care.

I don't know if my opinion counts, but unless you're aiming for the academics (lecturing, research, etc), I really see no reason why a jobless person who has no job in sight should still go ahead to invest the small money he has in acquiring masters and PhD.
Forget those people asking you to get masters to make it easier to help you. If they really want to help you get a job, your bachelor's degree is enough.
Many of them got their jobs probably with ND before furthering.
Do you really think someone heading an organization with masters or probably just BSc will employ someone with a higher degree into the same agency? I don't think so. This is why they will ignore the masters they advised you to go and get and still use your SSCE to employ you, urging you to accept it and convert later, which they know very well is practically impossible.
Again, this is my opinion.

Acquiring higher degrees will never be bad investment... Are you encouraging unemployed youths to stay with their first degrees only to be employed 7yrs later with the same first degree?

Is it upto 15 working days or 3weeks since you did biometrics? If yes, send a paid mail... If decision hasn't been made then they'll escalate. If decision has been made, you'll wait patiently for collection mail

My hubby and i did bio on the 1st july, he received nsf mail on the 20th july to proof relationship which we did immediately. I received collection mail on the 28th july but we are still expecting his mail. We send paid mail on the 1st august and we received this below response.infact i am drained.

Be hopeful. The good news will come soon.
I sent a follow up mail this evening and I got response to wait until 15 working days has passed after escalation.
