1. Buy a plot of land, build a hostel on it within a time frame of 5 - 10 years then use the proceeds from it to build more hostels and establish other businesses. 2. Buy several plots of land within a time frame of 5 - 10 years.. When satisfied, sell off some of these lands and use the money to pursue studies abroad. Guys, which of these two ideas above is better? Other suggestions are welcomed Mods, moving to frontpage will be a good idea.. thanks. |

I recently encountered an allergic reaction, and I hope that sharing my experience will help others learn from it. I decided to install a new carpet in my room and purchased a half-gallon of adhesive known as Efostic gum. After completing the installation, I began to feel nauseous and ended up vomiting an astonishing 12 times. Despite taking various medications to alleviate the symptoms, I continued to feel unwell until I received an injection and intravenous (IV) drip. Please take note that Efostic gum has the potential to trigger allergic reactions, especially when used in large quantities. If you plan to use it, ensure proper ventilation in the area and consider wearing a protective mask. Sharing your own experiences with allergies can be valuable for others to learn from. |

My brother's bike was stolen from a compound where he parks it every night. The man living in the compound has a bike too and my brother's bike is always parked beside the man's bike near his window. He called my bro 2 days ago to alert him that burglars broke the key to the gate and stole only my brother's bike and left his alone. My gut is telling me the man knows something about how the bike disappeared but it's hard accusing him cos he will claim he's never a vigilante and the parking the bike in his compound was at owner's risk. We already reported the situation to the police and as usual all they asked for is money. This is bike was bought just two months ago to reduce the effect of subsidy removal. Please Nairalanders any idea you can share with me in order to recover this bike will be highly appreciated. Thanks |
