I want to enquire about OKTB

I understand if you use OKTB you don't need to go to embassy to process a student visa and that at arrival you will given some kind of permit still you process residence from your school.

My question is what If I still want to process a student visa after I have entered into Cyprus and maybe come back after a semester...can I still process my student visa afterwards and will student permit allow me to come in and out of Cyprus (Nigeria to Cyprus) just as a visa would. Thank you

I would want to confirm some information I read from my acceptance letter from CIU

It says

Annual fee after scholarship: 3098

And below

The initial payment of €1000 is included in the installment stated above

The installment is a split of how I can pay the annual fee

Does that mean the 1k I paid when I got the admission will be deducted from the 3098

And what happens if I miss to pay accordingly to how it was arranged Instalmentally
