Their quote seem to be the highest of all I've gotten so far, they're basically requesting for 4.7% of the car value... No be ment be that!
Did you ask what the package carries and if there are other options?
Some of us just want police pass and not insurance per say.
You can go to other insurance companies and you'll be offered a lower rate but when gbege happen then the details of your insurance will rear it head.
Ask questions, don't just say they said 4.7%. 4.7% is their highest comprehensive package and most things included you might not need

seunmsg:
Even if ministries that are constitutional to be audited by the Auditor General declines him access to accounting records, he can’t compel them in any way. All he can do is put it in his report and send to National Assembly.

So, it doesn’t matter if it’s a ministry or statutory corporation. It is a general problem that FG must tackle by immediately repealing the Audit Ordinance act of 1956 and passing the Federal Audit bill 2021 into law.
Buhari fails to assent Federal Audit Bill since Jan 2019

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari

DESPITE his vaunted anti-corruption stance, the President, Major General, Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has failed to sign the Federal Audit Bill, two years after it was presented to him for assent.

The bill, which was passed by the eighth National Assembly, aims to give legal backing to the Auditor-General of the Federation for effective auditing of all revenues accruing to the federation and expenditures.

It also empowered the Auditor General of the Federation to issue an arrest warrant and penalise officials and agencies which refused to submit their financial statements for audit.

But the Presidency has kept mum over the bill which was passed in 2018 and submitted for assent in January 2019.

Commenting on the failure of the President to sign the bill into law, a former Nigerian ambassador to Austria, Jerry Ugokwe, said Buhari had not communicated to the National Assembly his reason for not assenting the bill.

Ugokwe, who spoke at a breakfast session with journalists on the Federal Audit Bill, organised by the Paradigm Leadership Support Initiative in Abuja on Friday, said the nation was still operating the obsolete Audit Ordinance Act of 1956.

The retired envoy alleged that the President was prevented from assenting the new audit bill by about 10 agencies, which he said refused to attend the public hearing on the bill.

“It is sad that the agencies which refused to attend the public hearing on the bill went to prevail on the President not to sign it into law. It is more disheartening that the National Assembly lacked the courage to override the President,” he noted.

Speaking on the race for the office of the AuGF, the Executive Director, Paradigm Leadership Support Initiative, Mr Olusegun Elemo, said that the states Auditors-General and other qualified professionals were being excluded from contesting for the vacant position by the Federal Government.

Noting that the process for contesting for the AuGF was opaque, he said this might be a ploy to reserve the position for a pre-selected candidate.

Elemo called on the President to assent the Federal Audit Bill, which he said would help in preventing corruption, rather than “fighting corruption.

Hi Iscom

I'll like to contact you if u don't mind
iscom:
@chrisvimail i just want to ask. I don't know if doing business with some people is a crime. Buying from overseas is a two ways system, either you buy direct or use agent. Definitely everyone can buy without using a third party, but i don't really know why some agents are feeling like God . Though i love chrisvimail and i have used them as a procurement agent several times, but there is one thing bothering me, whether it is a general problem i don't understand. Most times they will shipped wrong items to me and if the item is a cheap item i always dash it out. This has been occurring frequently without any solution from chrisvimail. The main issue is that whenever i contacted the seller for this, they will ask me to provide the store reference ID number, that is the only means they will use to attend to me. But if i contact chrisvimail for the reference number they will tell me they don't have such number, that i should snap the goods and send the pictures to the seller. I always asked this question: if you were in the seller shoe, will you agree to this? What they're doing now meaning anything they procured for you is final. Whether bad or good. This is really poor. The bad part of it is that the seller is ready to change it. It looks like a scam to me, because no proper response to this. So guys do you have similar challenge with your agent?

It doesn't make sense to me too because I paid interest when I paid the tuition, now I'm receiving back the same money and they're charging interest on it again. Its not right. Charging me twice on same amount

I should consider what you've said.

My account have still not been credited yet.

So I contacted the school and they told men they've refunded the money in the same January I applied for it and requested I visit my banking provider.

Lo and behold the useless bank have been sitting on my money for almost two months without informing me or crediting my account. Next thing they were say was that I should write a letter requesting for the fund and even have the gut to tell me that I would not receive all the money because interest will be charged on it.

After using my money for business

I'm sure they know what they are doing in that bank

Thank you ICaSNg though

ICaSNg:
DBS makes payments in less than 5 weeks . They may probably be having problems with your bank. You may email them clarifying if they are facing challenges with your bank details or is there any other reason why the refund is being delayed. Try and be polite when addressing them as well.

If you need the email let me know. Cheers

Guyz. Pls advice me on what to do

My visa application was refused last year so I applied for a refund in early January through my agent. Up till now I'm yet to receive my refund. The school keeps saying the refund is been processed and my agent keep telling me to be patient. The owners of the fund have been asking too many question I can't answer. It like I've received and spent the money.

Abeg is this delay normal.
