dmajesticjoe: omoguess did a great job but let me put it clearer. u first reduce 30 by 20 percent and u'll be left with 0.8*30=24, so that u now increase the result(24) by 20 percent to get 24*1.2=28.8. OR u say 30-(20/100)*30=24 then 24+(20/100)*24=28.8.pls contine the good job bro

guyluv: For those speculating on test/exams, there won't be any test b4 selection board. I confirmed this last night from MS office-they 've started shortlisting almost a week now, and they told me that the list 'll be release either from the mid of july or to the end of the month. #this is the real-fact; no any proccedure changed except of increasing the quota per state which is being considered. I WISH US ALL THE BEST AS WE WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THE LIST.
