I don't really know how long it will take. I think it depends on how busy the technical officers are. For some they reply same day, while for others it may take severals days.

My prayer is that they shortlist it around 18th of this month.

Hahaha. But the truth is that Dssc has chances of conversion than ssc and are respected more than SSC applicant. There is much competition within the SSC in addition to those graduating from Nda. Much oppression for SSC. But one truth is that with a wadsup godfather your promotion will be fast.
Then for the issue of General, applicants from Dssc and Ssc can reach the rank of Brig Gen., major gen., lieutenant gen., but not General on conversion. They might even retire you when you before you get to that level. Thanks.

xykms101: quick promotion goes to combatant officers in the army, by the time i get to d rank of capt in my combatant level,you will sti be strugling with ur 2 pips. Dssc officers are not that recognised in the army, Lolz! they only recognise and respect officers in the battle line. How would you get to the post of general when you find it difficult to cross to regular combatant coz you don't have the training.

Above all, we shall make d final list in Jesus. As per d list, Dssc/ssc list is usually released on Wednesdays and intervals of 10-13 days is given to report at d screanin vanue. I am speaking from my experience over d years on dis dssc/ssc stuff. More so, there is likely to be addition to the usual 20 per state on the first list and addition to 5/6 per state on d final list. All deltans on dis forum who have equally applied for d dssc/ssc, pls lets be more prayerful as I have a reservation which I can't disclose here. It is well in jesus name.

Send a mail to their customer care unit. Lay you complain and they might open the form for you to Edit. If you call them they will tell you that they can't reverse it. Just send a mail. Remember sales of form closes July 12.
