Literature / My Story by emmaoyes(m): 2:26am On Jun 30, 2016
Waking up every morning I keep unfolding the misery that revolve around life

I may or may not understand it but I think its a phase an average Nigerians youth must pass through ...

As a young guy back then in school full of life and practical ideals, some tagged me has been pedantic coz they thinks i do make much fuss about my studies...

I can count the number of time I slept in my hostel while in school, I will leave my comfort zone and study all night with friends in which atimes get tired of me and give excuses next morning why they couldn't make it up to class.

Not to bore you with much story I graduated and went for my one year compulsory national youth service,
After my service I began to see things have never seen before

# I saw expectation from parent and young ones
# I saw frustration which grows more and more in their eyes every time I greet them in the morning
# I equally saw aggression and I noticed they start picking up offences on trivia issues and everything I do wether good or bad never mean nothing to them.. 'they just want me out'
seeing all this my standoffishness start growing and I start going cold and felt the distance though we were under one roof

I think the only thing they fail to verbalize is that they are tired of seeing my jobless face around, I might not have an encyclopedic knowledge about what am talking about right now coz am still fresh compare to 3,4,5 years graduate out there, honestly I really feel for them, can't just imagine the kind of rejection they will by now be facing..

Now the bottom line still remains.. Of course No youth is waiting for a white collar job that has never being forth coming, equally I believed no reasonable youth out there still uses their precious time studying GMAT rather... "well I don't know about you but I gave up that habit long time ago "

All we ever ask for is a conducive environment where we can hustle hard doing the day and sleep with our eyes closed at night knowing we are safe..

Give us the basic necessities that even if we have to venture into selling of ICE BLOCK we won't have to buy fuel powering our refrigerators

If all this are not in place then am afraid sooner or later this poor Nigerians youth gonna hold their breath, hold their noises and take a Jump!

watchout!!!

Have written so much article, Many about my country some about issues that concerns my leaders of which many thoughts am being sentimental but lately I noticed have not really talked about myself, it is on that note I tag this

Politics / My Country by emmaoyes(m): 2:16am On Jun 30, 2016
A country of 167 million people...
Largest population in Africa
Second biggest economy on the Africa continent
With per capita income better than that of South Korea and many other wastern country in the early 60's

A country that specialize in exporting what he doesn't produce and importing what he produces....

The largest producer of crude oil but doesnt refine it's own petroleum products,
The producer of cassava but doesn't produce starch nor ethanol,
Blessed with the largest tomato bet yet number one importer of tomato paste...

A country that has the ability and potentia of being the world power but choose to be crawling due to mismanagement.

Can I ask you a question?
Where is Indonesia, China, Japan, even United Arab Emirates back in the 60's?? Of course they are no where to be found, but they have been able to transform their potentials into reality because of their good Management.

It is only In Nigeria you see leaders emancipating for immunity bill, in which I believe people shld be held accountable for their actions especially those in the position of authority, why on earth will they be asking for immunity

They also asked for what I called forever entitlement when million of Nigerian youth is out there without job and those that has never get paid.... !

People are langusing in poverty while some certain group of people keep enjoying available resource, their salaries and allowances is more than the annual budget of other countries even the United States .

Gorge Walker Bush after his tenure I'm office as the world president (United States) make a rough estimate of how much loss he incure due to mismanagement in his personal and family business, because as the president of the united state you are not allowe to attend to any other personal issues (business) apart from that concern the state. Yes he imcured that loss but he was able to write his name on the pages of history, of course today United States of America story won't be complete without mentioning Gorge W Bush, here the reverse is the case., to hell with history! Who cares....

It was on this note I agreed when I was called upon by an organisation in Abuja Lately last month to champion a move tagged 'Nigeria youth as todays leaders ' coz I noticed tomorrow has never comes, we have been deceived for ages as being the leaders of tomorrow...

In a country of 165 million population in which statistic have it that 65million of this population are youth, of course that is roughly 45 percent of the population.

Now what does it takes for one of us to get this vote and be president of this country I think it's through information.
So share this message with friends on social media and help get this message to the 65million Nigerian youth...

For Organisations, companies that which to partner on this move kindly call +2348163850247
Or email emmaoyes@gmail.com

Like our facebook page
Emmy's blog or Nigerian youth as today's leaders..

Thank you.

DailyNews: WARNING! WARNING!! WARNING!!!

Hear me o Mali!
Any attempt, attempted attempt, group of attempts, variable attempt, fixed attempt, debit or credit attempts to stop us from winning the CAF Trophy, would attract the following rewards;

1. We would withdraw our troops from Mali.
2. You would pay us the 7 billion our govt spent on your war.
3. We would encourage the taurag rebels to return.
The ball is in your court, pass it to Moses, and let my people go!
A word is enough for the wise...

One day little Johnny was walking up a hill
pulling his red wagon behind him
saying,"Bleep this," "Bleep that."
The town priest hears this and walks up to
Johnny and says,"You shouldn't swear like
that, Johnny. God is all around us."
"Is he in the sky?" asks Johnny.
"Yes," says the priest.
"Is he in that bush over there?" asks Johnny.
"Yes," says the priest."
Is he in my wagon?" asked Johnny.
"Yes," says the priest.
"Well tell him to get the Bleep out and
push!!!"
