Humility017: haba this shouldn't surprise...you. the best the npfl highest goal scorer can get is trials with one unknow club somewhere in one obscure league... they believe thats their worth...I have never seen crop of illetrate players like this... no sense of self worth. if the conditions here were better or close to the ones abroad, they wouldn't leave |

koice: First of all, let's back up a bit. The theme of Strike Back is counterterrorism, which is also the sub-genre. The genre is action, thriller and drama. Now, mash this all together, and you have a show that is high in adrenaline, machismo, shootouts and explosions. Throw in a little bit espionage and we have a winner. That's what Strike Back is about.
Do you know another show out there that is identical in genre and sub-genre? 24. Did the show explore Jack's private life? No. Why? Because there wasn't time for that. The plot is fast paced and forward moving, literally left no space for backsies. So, when you use 24 to judge Strike Back. you'd begin to understand why the show doesn't have the time to explore the private lives of Sgt Stonebridge and Scott in the capacity you wanted them to. Also, they got hurt a lot during missions (I don't know where you get the idea they don't).
Comparing an action oriented show to a much slower Seal Team is strange indeed. It's apples and oranges - both are two different shows and have nothing in common. More importantly, rating a formulaic network show with lots of filler episodes over a cable show with bigger budget and much more quality content is sacrilegious. okay I agree. they might be both action genre but different orientation |

sod09: these guys in strike back are field guys yet their commanders always die in each season what more do you need to make it real but they return w/o a single scratch from the worst of the worst situations. come on. atleast in seal team the last episode jason got hit pretty bad and ray hurt his shoulder in action... |

koice: Strike Back is imaginary??... Hold up, hold up... Did you just rate Seal Team above Strike Back?? Ha! I'm watching the final day of EPL atm, so I will deviate from a rant, so I'll only say this: "You know nothing, Jon Snow EmmGee." LOL. to me, strike back is so unbelievable. like they do some ridiculously daring missions and return without a single scratch fhs. but seal team.... i don't know if it's just me, but i feel that's what real military is. not the make believe of strike back. |

Kaziar: As for fans of Brooklyn nine nine, hopes of rescuing the show might have tanked cause both Hulu and Netflix just passed on it and hopes of TBS also coming to the rescue is a long long shot. This might actually be the end for B99. but i thought i read somewhere that a network has taken it and renewed it for season 6 |

Icon4s: 1 is cool but not aggressive. 2 Is too long though it carries a strong message. 3 Could have been perfect if the sentence can be reconstructed but still keeping the key words "wings" and " African Pride". I would have preferred some thing like: "WINGS OF NIGERIA, PRIDE OF AFRICA". And with the Eagle's wings printed on the Bus. what of 2 was just "The Heartbeat of millions" removing "the dream of one team" |

Joebie: 3 Slogans have been shortlisted, and 1 will be printed on Nigeria's team bus at the Russia 2018 World Cup. Voting are now open on FIFA's website. The Slogans are:
1. THE SPIRIT OF UNITY 2. THE DREAM OF ONE TEAM, THE HEARTBEAT OF MILLIONS!!! 3. THE WINGS OF AFRICAN PRIDE
I think the first one actually represents what the current Super Eagles stand for.. What do u guys think? Here is the link
FIFAdotCOM/worldcup/games/be-there-with-hyundai/vote-slogan.html for me, definitely the second one |

tbaba1234: I watched highlights of Lokosa to see what the hype was about and i was roundly disappointed. Odey and Egbuchulam had better highlights... Apart from the horrendous defending, there was nothing to see as they were mostly tap ins. i haven't seen his highlights, but sometimes scoring tap ins is not a bad thing, it shows he has good positioning look at cr7, he has world class strike partners by his side, but he seems to be the only that scores tap ins among them. |

TheSuperNerd: He was 16 pre-July last year. He is now 17 and will be 18 by July 12 yet that (in the pic I dropped) is him looking so beyond that physically.. and we all accept it. So why does Awoniyi's age still bother some? Really fuuny...
And Yes, Fantastic talent he is. Vinicius Jr is likely to be money well spent in the long run just like Neymar was for Barca. But hey, time will tell it all... yea time will tell. this kid is all the more reason why we need to completely reorganise our league. when madrid paid that huge amount of money, he wasn't even in his club's starting 11. and he still makes off the bench appearances. I'd like to believe we produce similar or bigger talents. |
