I, for one, have a Basic coaching Certificate. I know what coaching knowledge I have acquired over the years since after completing that program like 14-15 years ago even though I didn't go into professional coaching.

They have to on their strive to up grade themselves. See what the likes of Siasia, Oliseh and Amuneke are doing.

You just brought back a very funny memory with the bolded when my main line for calls was Glo.

I was a trainee engineer sent out to understudy another engineer somewhere in the South South after the usual classroom training in Lag.

On this particular day, he had a whole lot of faults to resolve and was told to assign one of them to me. I had no idea what to do and asked him for assistance, his reply was, call me from site.

Na so I begin go site o. Got there, customer was so happy to see me, he started lamenting how the downtime had affected their operations and how he was relived to finally see me. Me wey no know wetin I con do

Brought out my phone to call my assigned engineer, no network on my phone. Asked the customer to assist with his own phone, he said he left it in the staff quarters. I begin sweat

Customer in front of me, waiting for me to do my thing, me in front of their radio, waiting for manna from heaven

I'll leave you to imagine what happened, I no wan talk am

Anyway, I got back, re-assigned my Mtn line as my major and official and that was the beginning of the end of Glo for me.

Good afternoon Sirs/Mas. I have a problem with gaining weight. I'm 21 years old but i don't seem to be growing in size (width specifically). I lost my cheek fat at a tender age of 15.

Now, i look gaunt and way older than my real age. And the the funny thing is i eat a Lot as my diet contains mostly CARBOHYDRATE cos of their calories (fats). But it appears my body isn't just storing any of the fat cos i am still as skinny as ever.

So i want to know if that's a health problem??...do i have HIV/AIDS??...am i ever going to get fat??

I'm also 21 and so skinny. All my shirts are long sleeves coz i can't wear short sleeves because of how skinny i am.

I share the same sentiments. I've seen Mkhi play for Dortmund and it's a shame to lose a player of his kind in this type of manner. It's probably the pressure of playing for a big club like United but he has himself to blame ultimately. We've had players from mid-level clubs come here and excel.

Arsenal will suit him better. Wenger, for all his cluelessness, knows how to manage players like him. Wish him the best there.
