Oga Emma, why didn't you tell me when you are selling your PZ to buy Zenith so that i can sell mine too, you didn't do well to me.

Anyway, starting from April i will start selling my stocks which i have held for donkey years, i will need to make money this year instead of waiting for dividend, though i will still keep some for dividend, i remember using my dividend in GTB one time to acquire couple of plot of land.


I actually sold all my pz shares to buy more of Zenith at sub N28.

This is a personal question with no wrong or right answer. As at today, it looks like this

35% are in stocks (NSE)

15% in foreign stocks

35% in Real Estate

10% in Cash (Mainly Forex)

5% in Money Market in various forms

I keep cash BUT mainly in forex because I have forex exposures and help to hedge against devaluation. Cash to me is king. I like being liquid

I don't do bonds. Nothing against it though.

Good day all, i have so far read some pages on the thread, but with little i read so far, i am saying a big thank you to all for your positive contribution.

Please i am thinking of entering into mmf with the sum of 500,000k for my toddler, please i really need your advice to weather it is good to go, which of the house should i use, and is there any other investment you can advice me to do with said amount instead of mmf, and should i do the mmf what will i get at end of the year, as i planned of keeping it for longtime and the dividend be reinvesting every year.
