Well you can't blame them. It's not easy to get to that level you can compete as a professional athlete especially international one. The government doesn't support the aspiring young athletes. Ok look at the economy, most people can't even eat well,how then can you train your body when you can't even feed well on the proteins and nutrients needed. Same way I've been feeling lately

I've noticed there's this weird in-between phase in every career, when the job isn't bad, but it just doesn't challenge you anymore.

For me, it hit when I stopped learning new things. The work felt too easy, and even good performance reviews didn't feel satisfying. Leaving wasn't an emotional decision, it just felt overdue.

Since then, I've started paying attention to that feeling earlier, the signs that it's time to move on before burnout or boredom hits.

How did you know it was time to move on? Was it a clear moment or more of a slow realization?

Right now I've just made a decision to leave and focus on remote only
