Negative thoughts always brings negative results. The government should approach this in a positive way, dialogue with them. We don't want more deaths, we should be civilised to know that violently chasing them will only lead to more death. Two wrongs never make a right.

londoner: OP....of course. The perception will change when their experience of Nigerians change.

Also, when good Nigerians stop hiding the fact that they are Nigerian because they are ashamed.

Other countries, like America ACTIVELY launder their image and control perception of them. Not only to non Americans but to Americans too. They constantly churn out an image.....a good one, to counteract what other negative facts are revealed about them.

Americans adopt this image of themselves and what it means to be an American and actually live out those values.

Even in war, America can bomb a community, but also drop food parcels from planes, with the US flag on every package.

Look at Hollywood.....it is not just entertainment, it is a political tool.

The story lines always perpetuate a positive image of America in relation to the rest of the world.

Nigeria and Nigerians buy into the opposite.......they will only believe negatives about Nigeria and go around spreading that image either in their words or actions.

I cant tell you the amount of damage I have had to undo in the minds of non Nigerians, simply because of the negative account Nigerians have fed to them.

Nigerians need to learn how to shut the eff up about the bad things of Nigeria when speaking to non Nigerians, unless they are prepared to end on a positive note about the country in that conversation.

This is the only period you can fully stretch the financial genius in you to work for you. Live on 70% of your income, use 20% to pay debt and pay yourself 10%. Just explain things(your plan) to your landlord, try to make him reason with you. You can finance your wedding from the contribution of friends and family( don't organise a big party) just do something small but mature. Whenever your money starts coming back, make sure you find another stream of income to back you up. Don't forget to ask God for insight, goodluck!

2. Never speak negative about the president, the government and other leaders, try as much as possible to be positive at all times.

3. If you really wanna change Nigeria, start by changing yourself. Refuse to give or collect bribe, report fraudulent cases to the right agencies. In two words.... BE PATRIOTIC!

How much do you estimate my school fees? The thing is, the amount for registration is always higher than the school fees. Since Dan said engr. and med/surg pay higher, u should estimate like 40k.

You will apply for hostel during the registration, hostel fee is around 8k

jamb admission letter, for me, try and have it, even if it is not used you won't regret having it. Just make sure ur jamb original result is ready.

Same with the recommendation letter.

Its been a while guys, how's preparation going?

Flygeriansteve: They didn't finish school but they went to school nonetheless. They had some sort of formal input. You have to learn about the economy, global financial practices, investment practices, and if you're science-inclined, you still need a degree of formal education to give your eventual practical knowledge a theoretical base. That being said, wanna submit that i hated school. I hated my lecturers(still hate them) and some educated illiterate graduates i meet.

Men, i didn't say you shouldn't go to school! The thing is, when you have a vision, school should not stand in your way. Some people just want to become lawyers but they don't have the talent(not fluent). For me, if i have a million dollar today, ama invest more into real estate, and other businesses before thinking of any formal education like masters and stuffs.
