@successful1 saw a missed call but didnt realise it was you. would post the details over the weekend, for the benefit of others as suggested. I'll call you back at the earliest opportunity. cheers |
@ Patrcik & Successful My phone number is 0802 7733721. |
@ Yang: I beg to disagree with you on this one. The creation of new LG's in Lagos cannot be reversed at this point in time by Fashola. All constitutional requirements prior to their creation have been met.All that is outstanding is the ratification by the National Assembly. The truth is that the PDP Federal Government believes Fashola is making giant strides in Lagos and they are trying to distract him by causing this confusion. Read between the lines my brother! |
Let me have your e mail address and I'l communicate with you directly on what the requirements are. Cheers. |
In addition, since you acquired the land, what steps have you taken to perfect your title at the Lands Bureau? The mistake people make is that they acquire property and sit back. You have to take urgent steps to regularise your title to that land/house ASAP i.e C of O or Governor's Consent to the land transaction. That way, you have some comfort legally. I'm a Solicitor by training. |
Absolutely! Only if the 3rd class gradute can quit being sorry for him/herself and engage in some other productive venture(s). Some might be lucky to get jobs via man-know-man; but for the not so lucky, there is hope. I have seen a lot of them (the very determined ones) who turned out to be employers of labour and top enterpreneurs. I hope you realise that some of the so called 1st class and 2nd class upper graduates cannot defend their certificates? These days, degrees are "bought" virtually in 9ja. Me thinks here should be less emphasis on paper qualifications in 9ja. |

Please do you have a 2 bed apartment for rent in Satellite Town? The location should not be in any of the flood prone areas and should have functional bore hole or water supply. Thank you as we await your response. |
Any one got a 2 bed flat in satellite town for rent? None of the water logged areas please. Thanks |
I heard Onovo is a very disciplined policeman, hope he keeps it up in this new appointment. Congratulations Mr IG Onovo might be very professional, but 85% of the Force is hopelessly inept, greedy, incompetent and corrupt! You need to relate with a Police man and you'll be sorry for this country. The recruitment policy of the Police needs to be reviewed. I cant understand how a bunch of illiterates still make their way into the Police. |
@Bennics |
I'm interested in all of these.I'm a solicitor and once consulted for a group of South Africans who were once interested in the security biz in Nigeria. |
@boyson and buisilyfe -goodluck chaps. I'm a Solicitor too. |
How do we link your blog sir? |
Well, while you await the response of those who reside in the states, You may wish to contact the EFCC and the INTERPOL at Alagbon, Ikoyi. The crime you talked amount has two dimensions I believe-the money was paid here and received in the states.They would advise you on the next step.In any case these 2 Agencies I talked about should have useful tips.They are public friendly I assure you. |
Please do you have half a plot available anywhere around Okota, Ire-Akari, Ajao Estate,Isolo, Abesan? I need to get back to a client by Friday. Thanks |
Ha? Ojigbi jigbi!!!! |
Well, I believe all professions have their own fair share of flirts, but I have me a personal experience mid last year. Here I was, almost passing out and was rushed to a hospital in the neighbourhood.After being attended to by a young lady doctor who was very professional, a young female nurse detailed to inject me (I was meeting her for the first time) flirted with me all all the while I was there and I couldnt believe it! I was too ill to even smile back.For the next five days I was there for further checks,I always prayed not to meet her. ![]() |
