I’ve yet to see more than a handful of monikers discuss or acknowledge that mortgage payments are usually much smaller than rent but I’ll attribute some of that to them not understanding the credit system of the West. OP there’s nothing like International passport any where in the world. It is called a Nigerian passport, British passport, Canadian passport, American passport, Ghanaian Passport etc. It’s just a document that enables you to travel internationally
